Indeed, after half an hour, an entourage came sauntering inside the chamber. The leader of Hui Island, Gui Song, followed by little kid Shino entered. Severus was startled when he observed how much Shino had grown up. Not only his height but his aura changed drastically. It was as if he became mature overnight. Selena was dressed up soberly unlike her previous self-looking like a coated doll. She was carrying a simple beige color gown, with small diamond earrings that accentuated her fair neck. Like her sister, she too stole breath out of men.

They exchanged greetings with the crown prince and Selena gave a simple handcrafted shawl to her sister as a gift, Melanie faces soured. Although she tried hiding it, her glaring eyes said otherwise. Selena felt dis-heartened. Only she knows how much hard work she had put in it but here her dear sister did not even acknowledge it.

As Selena was sulking, she felt someone's stares. When she looked up, she saw Desella scowling at her. She was startled as she was unaware of what wrong she did but soon her yes spotted Severus.

"Hello, Severus!" He greeted them, respectively. After Severus helped them, each and every person of Hui Island felt indebted to Severus. If not for him, they all would have continued to live their pathetic lives.

"I am sorry to interrupt but we already have seats reserved for us. If we don't sit in our seats, then I am afraid we may sound rude to royal couple Selena."

Selena pouted in dis-agreement.

"Yea, it is a crucial time for your Island. You should not create unnecessary troubles". Desella piped in.

Selena happily hopped towards Severus as she leaned closer to him. Severus too bowed to whisper. "It's okay. Cost never matters when we give gifts to someone but what actually does matter is our intent. Whether we are true, our feelings are genuine or not and I am sure your feelings were cent percent honest so don't get disheartened because of it." After saying this he gently patted her head.

Selena felt warm inside when she heard him. She felt fuzzy inside as spring once again came for her. "Aye Aye. I will remember Severus".

"Good girl. By the way, you look very pretty today Selena"

"Oh sorry" She apologized with gritted teeth.

"Desella I will be back in a minute" Severus left the room in a panic.

"Where are you going? Severus" No matter how much she called him, Severus did not respond. Since it was occasion now, she could not afford to create chaos or else their plan would foil. To avoid troubles she sat there, as calm as she can, or else pretend to be but her clenched fist inside her sleeves betrayed her. She was so anxious that she started fidgeting. She was not even able to hold her spoon because of anxiety thus she stopped eating.

Melanie felt like the world was spinning. A huge gameplay was again happening in front of her. Everyone gasped but there were only two people who did not lose their calm, it was Severus and Marquis. Severus gracefully stood up from his seat as he questioned back. "What is the meaning of all this your majesty?"

"Asking me? Why don't you admit to your crimes yourself" Marquis ordered in an imposing manner?
