Severus finally exploded. 

"Just how animalistic you can be? If sending your own wife to her grave was not enough for you, you captured her soul. Days turned into weeks, weeks into months, and finally months into years. All you did was torture the soul of deceased. How can you even call yourself as human after doing all those crude things, Marquis?"

Severus raged with all his might. The pent-up injustice, anger, frustration, and helplessness finally shot out like a dormant volcano becoming active.

"Maverick. Listen the hell up buddy"

"Don't waste your breath..... He won't respond" Marquis languidly laughed.

Severus didn't know what to do. There was no way Maverick was going to respond but that doesn't mean he would waste his time.

Marquis finally got bored from all of the talking. "Alright enough chit-chat for the day. You see I am in a hurry so you better cooperate."

"I won't" Severus declined seriously.

Marquis made a face when he was faced with rejection. "Tsk Tsk"

"Why are you so stubborn? You inherited the same quality that I hated. A woman is supposed to be submissive but your mother wasn't and now you too are being brazen.

"So you won't follow my orders? Fine by me" Marquis quickly picked the needle in a voodoo doll that resembled Severus. Even noworry wondered when he bought the doll out. As soon as he picked it Severus fell on the ground as his right shoulder started bleeding. Noworry saw that the fight had already started. As he prepared himself for some action suddenly he felt like he was being trapped by an invisible barrier. He quickly darted toward Marquis and saw him holding a mini voodoo doll of a blackbird. Without a question both the dolls depicted Severus and noworry.

"I knew it that you would try hindering my work Noworry...or should I say heavenly raven, belonging to almighty Hades. Earlier I wondered why you associated yourself with such a guy but now it makes sense. In short, you were serving your master's children. Aww...what a good nanny job" Marquis covered his face with his long sleeves as he poked fun of Lil birdie.

Noworry blood boiled. However, the force was too strong. It actually wasn't a force too but a seal. As he was thinking suddenly his eyes flashed with uncertainty. Several doubts started surfing in his mind. [Severus asks him how the hell he knows about sealing the art of necromancy?]

Severus who was grazing in the pain listened to what Nworry said. Having his strength being drained out he was feeling extremely uncomfortable but he still managed to ask. "How...How do you know about the sealing art of necromancy?"

Marquis indignant expression made Severus speechless. It was so strange that he was doing something which he was unaware of.

"Knock it off Marquis and just tell"

Marquis ignored his angry taunt. "That stranger told me that when you will be reincarnated then you won't come alone but with a blackbird. He didn't mention anything else. When I saw you for the first time I was doubtful since miracles happen all the time. I was worried what if you were really only his look-alike but when you came back with that Lil birdie of you I was more than confirmed. Still to be 100 percent sure I asked Class to run a background check on you. After your little meeting with him, he told me everything. He even compared your handprints to verify."

[So that onyx leader betrayed us] Noworry said in annoyance. He never believed in humans but since he started living with Severus, he noticed that Severus had good logic and reasoning when it comes to trusting humans so he never interfered but right now, he was regretting it.

As Marquis gloated over Severus' un-fortune, Vlas came inside. Adorning the same maroon hoodie dress, he waltzed inside the chamber. When he entered he was met by several hateful gazes. A little birdie was glaring daggers at him while Desella was too angry to spark. Rest were all shocked. The lord of Onyx was with Marquise schemes. There was no way they could have predicted this. Vlas was very happy when he saw the disappointment on everyone's face. It was something which he loved to see. 

One heck of a weird psycho.

"Aye. Hello dear Severus" As he greeted Severus he shined his perfect smile but the next second he covered his face as if he had seen something shocking. "OMG….What happened to our future empress? Don't tell me she was killed. Oh my! I can't bear to see a pair of lovebirds being separated by death. Such a pitiful sight." He said all this while wiping his non-existent teras. It was so melodramatic that Severus felt sorry for the maverick from the bottom of his heart. The crown prince sure had suffered a lot to have such people existing around him. 

Severus adjusted his bleeding shoulder as he asked while leaning on a nearby wall. "Why?"

"Asking me why?" Vl pointed at himself to which Severus nodded in response.

"It's not I like but this is the only way left for me" He sighed.

Severus controlled his breathing before asking the second question. "I am asking what makes you think I was fooled by you and your pitiful act"

"..."

"What do you mean?" Vlas asked unsure about Severus' previous statement. Even Marquis' expressions faltered but it was fast enough that no one noticed.

Severus laughed at them for being naive. "Okay let me be honest with you. I never once believe in you or any of your stories. The moment we met each other, you started treating me differently as if we were close enough but then you asked to meet me alone. I think it was to track my powers unfortunately you failed. You got nothing from me so you changed your tactics and started asking me how much do I actually know about the real pain. In front of me, you did a lot of bad talks for Marquis to gain my trust but you got nothing since I was giving anything. You are smart I must say. You even managed to trick me open the secret soul by feeding me the crap about that map. I was all just your and Maverick tarp for us to fall."

"Marquis your own so fell into that and see what happened to him now. Isn't it sad but then again, in your dictionary, there is no word like sad. Always neglected him and threw him in the care of nannies. He carved for your attention but you never gave him any. He varved for your love and support but you didn't have it. Maybe you don't have any of those things or else I believe you would have given him.
