Severus threw the vase over the mummy.

SHATTERS!

Nothing happened to mummy however the only clean object inside the room shattered into several pieces and with this, the room instantly turned spacious. The change wasn't visible to naked eyes, but Severus could feel it. 

It feels like Glen was hoarding the space for herself. The vase shattered, so was her enclosed space.

Severus heaved a sigh when he noticed he had now more room to fight with this bandage-wrapped old hag.

"No way I am letting you kill me you old sleazy spirit." 

Bang!

Severus immediately sprinted towards the door. 

He can be damn unlucky sometimes, but he would never stop testing his bad luck.

As expected,

The door was locked from the outside. 

Severus tried with his full might but to no avail. Sure, it was locked with magic.

"Holy shit" He cursed.

"It feels like you want to taste my punches'' Severus instantly took a defensive position. They both exchanged several punches. To Severus' shock, the mummy wasn't weak and sleazy, but her punches were jaw-breaking.

After having tasted a few punches in a row, Severus started feeling dizzy.

"Fuck. Is she for real?"

CLINK!

CLANK!

Bang!

Severus hit another wooden shelf.

He wiped the blood from his face. "Damn, that hurts" He complained.

Severus was powerless against her monstrous strength. 

RAWRRRRR.

The mummy snickered and gargled something in an alien language.

Severus didn't understand what she was saying but from her expressions, it was clear that she was making fun of him for being powerless.

"This won't help...I need to change my strategy." 

Severus tried dodging her attacks for the next few blows. Somehow, he managed but the crafty mummy was catching up to him. He can't play defensive games for a long time.

He unsheathed his sword. "Damn still not recovered."

He was upset since his sword didn't regain enough negative energy. At this rate, he will die here.

No!

No!

I can't die here.

Severus' body jerked in frustration.

BANG!

Severus had no time to think as he again received a deadly punch from her. Even his teeth felt loose. 

One more punch like this and his jaw will fall down today for sure.

"You bitch…. Fine"

"You want to fight with me? Fine!  I will show you what I can do" He raged at her.

Severus stabilized his breathing and concentrated on his energy. On the other side, the mummy was curious about Severus' antics. This time she didn't charge at him but waited for him to continue with his clown antics.

Some time passed but still, nothing happened.

She was getting bored with all the waiting. Finally, when she can bear it no more, she charges at him.

AHHHHHHHH!

She was just an inch away when Severus raised his sword and swayed in midair. He played with her sword and made various strokes with it on her body.

When he was done, he grinned. "Die you bish!" He gloated.

The mummy was stumped. She made no action. Neither strike nor tried avoiding the strike. She was just stunned when she saw his smile.

Unlike others, she wasn't dazed because of his beauty but had expressions like she was fighting with some stupid kid.

Swishhhh

The moment Severus finished, all the bandages from her body came undone.

"..."

Ah!

Severus was traumatized when he saw what happened. He was sure he had struck mummy's body with his full might still he was unable to pierce her skin. The only thing he managed to pull was…...her old, rugged bandages…. which were just fiber"?

Incredulous!

Stupid!

How?

Severus only had one reasonable explanation for this, maybe those bandages contained some kind of magical power that boosted mummy's power. For her, those bandages worked like an armor as well as a tool.

Severus instantly closed his eyes but the next second he has punched again in his guts.

He really hated being in this situation.

On one hand, he can't bear to see an old woman's naked body which had deteriorated to no extent. If not for her saggy mammary glands he wouldn't be able to tell whether the corpse was a woman or a man ....ah well there was also the absence of manhood.

Severus didn't want to go into detail.

"Focus Severus Focus."

"Just treat her as a corpse, not on the basis of gender."

Severus felt better after reassuring himself with small talks.

He traded blows with her but this time he used his sword. He observed that after the bandages came off, her movements slowed down to a considerable rate.

Probably the aftereffects of armor being removed…. or we could say bandages.

"Ha! So, you are nothing but just a weakling hiding behind some magical bandages" He mocked her.

Nothing specific changes were there in her expressions, but her scarlet eyes started glimmering.

Was it her anger?

If it was then it was kind of scary.

Severus noticed that a black greasy liquid was dripping from her mouth. Seems like it was her saliva.

But why was she salivating?

Is she drooling?

But what for?

Cold sweat drenched his forehead.

The mummy was seeing him as a snack and this feeling of being preyed on as food was sure disturbing.

"Damn you, hunter. Wait till I gauge your eyeballs and play with them" He commented.

The mummy didn't waste her time and charged at him with all her might. It wasn't easy for Severus to deal with her. There were instances when he had a near-death experience with her.

He was nearly chasing death, but it can't be helped at this moment.

Slam!

The mummy slammed him in the wall and roared.

UGHH….

At this moment Severus wasn't afraid of beating and bruises, but her dark saliva. He noticed that her saliva was corrosive. Wherever it dropped, that place started burning and turned into a liquid charcoal substance.

He was afraid whether his body would have the same reaction as the floor.

It would be a sore point for his flawless beauty.

Severus managed to free herself from her grasp and pushed her towards the shelves. Then he immediately pushed shelves one over another. It created a domino effect, and the mummy was crushed beneath those shelves.
