Almighty Summoner System

Being injected by the knowledge immediately, Ban became familiar with the System called little 'Almighty Summoner System' in no time.

The goal of the System was to make him the Almighty Summoner.

He also inquired about the text's that he had seen the first time the System appeared. And it answered him in no time about how he died and how he managed to obtain this System.

He also asked about the Almighty Summoner System's origin but it seems that it was unwilling to reveal it. 'Well… No need to be greedy. As long as I could get stronger…'

The other rewards had also been distributed already.

Ban planned on checking them one by one before proceeding with the mission.

First, he checked the title. He didn't know what a title meant but, he guessed that it might also be some kind of skill.

Gained after being bound 100% to the Almighty Summoner System.

Effects:

-Monster and Beast will be more friendly.

-Training efficacy will double.

-Reduced the cooldown and requirements of Summoning related [Skills].

-All Summon related [Skills] are strengthened.

-Every time a summon 'ranked up', the holder of this title will gain a reward.

'It really is some kind of [Skill] but it seems that I don't need to activate it like the [Skill], Blood Contractor.' Ban pondered over the title's effects.

He then proceeded to check the next rewards that he received.

It was another [Skill] with the name Greed.

[Skill: Greed (Ancient)

A Skill bestowed to Ban by the 'Transmigrator' who refused his transmigration.

-Touch a monster or beast that you've killed and devour it to strengthen yourself and a Monster Summon of your choice.

Can only be used once every two weeks.

Due to the [Title] Almighty Summoner's Effects the cooldown of this [Skill] is halved.

Ban was taken aback by the System's cold reply. Although it was only a text, he could somehow feel it being displeased?

Anyway, Ban shook his head to get rid of his idle thoughts.

"Wait… Can't you upload the knowledge of this skill directly just like the [Skill] Blood Contractor?"

[Impossible. This [Skill] is bestowed by the 'Transmigrator' not the Almighty Summoner System and the Transmigrator wanted you to learn it yourself. ]

"Jeez… alright, alright."

Ban replied before turning his head towards the dead body of the Demon Ant's Queen.

He was afraid of bringing it alone but he was not afraid of experimenting with it.

He knelt over and touched the Demon Ants Queen's still-warm body.

He might not be the one to weaken it, but he was the one who dealt the last blow. 'It should be considered as my kill then…'

When his right hand touched the warm body of the Demon Ants Queen, a sudden buzz suddenly echoed on his mind as it almost went blank. His eyes almost went white all the way as his black iris tried to retreat to the back of his head.

A moment later, Ban's eyes returned to normal and it now has a reddish tinge to it. If it was blood or not, no one really knows.

However, one thing was for sure, the moment his eyes turned like that, he suddenly gained the information on how to use the [Skill] Greed.

"Devour!"

Ban calmly ordered.

At that moment, the warm body of the Demon Ants Queen suddenly turned cold. Its body turned charcoal black before it was sucked away into Ban's hand, leaving nothing behind but the blood spills on the ground.

At the same moment the ant's body got sucked away, Ban suddenly felt a buzz around his body. He closed his eyes as if treasuring the moment.

As if an earthquake had been made, his body suddenly convulsed heavily. However, despite that he still stood rooted to the ground like a pillar. Although his body was quaking, it doesn't hurt him at all.

A few moments later, when Ban opened his eyes, it had already returned to its normal black color.

He then moved his head and looked at the egg that was also twitching on his left hand. He guessed that it might hatch sooner than he expected.

Ban then looked at the Almighty Summoner System interface and read the text that had just surfaced.

[You have used the [Skill] Greed.

[Skill] Greed is now on cooldown.

Time remaining: 6D, 23:59.
