Blood Titan System

71 Threats, Seven Combat Tactics

Stiver stood still at the passage of the third floor. Stunned speechless by the situation that had occurred just now. It was as of he couldn't believe what had just happened right there.

His body shook from anger and just as he was about to make a move, a chiming sound echoed within the hall, originating from his holo-watch.

He was suddenly reminded of where he was and the rules governing this place. The fear of him being punished immediately subdued his anger, but he was still infuriated at the humiliation he had just received. If word gets out to that a second-year student had been conned by a newbie, he would be too ashamed to go out for the time being.

"Killing you is the easy part, choosing the ways to kill you, that's the hard part." Stivers cold voice reverbrated through the entire hall, chilling the atmosphere with its murderous tone. It was obvious from his words that he had killed people before.

Erian paused a foot away from the door and his eyes flashed, his face wearing a serious expression as he replied. "I will be counting on it."

With that, he opened the door to the Combat hall and entered. As he entered, he struggled to calm his nerves. Facing Stivers gave him the impression that he was a prey toying with a predator. The feeling wasn't as intense as when he met the mindless Titan and was a whole more reduced, but the feeling was still there.

This absolutely confused Erian. His Titan body was a lot stronger than a regular Titan even up to the second second year student's strength. Therefore, Stivers shouldn't have been able to opress him at all, but why did he still felt that subtle feeling?

Was it because his body was still in the process and his genes hadn't completed the transition yet? This made Erian ponder the entire situation carefully.

[Ding!]

[Prime Student Erian, you have twenty minutes left. Please select the manual of your choice and leave otherwise face punishment.]

Erian was jolted out of his thought process and was suddenly remained of where he was. He tends to get lost in his thinking and ever since he reincarnated, this phenomenon seem to have drastically increase.

He could think about a situation for an hour and not until he was specifically called or interrupted would he be jolted back awake. Erian was just starting to notice this strange behavior of his. He couldn't help but ponder if the case was because of his reincarnation or was it because it something else?

Come to think of it, he was still thinking instead of focusing on selecting a combat tactic. Quickly moving towards the shelves, he notived that they were all categoriezed into seven specific classes.

The Attack Tactic, Armoured Tactic, War Tactic, Beast Tactic, Speed Tactic, Female Tactic and Prime Tactic.

Erian was quite surprised as had no idea they were all catergorized by different classes other mwise imje would have pondered which class he would main. But given the time he has left in the combat hall, he could only speed up his thinking process.

He went ahead to check out the Prime tactic first, seeing as the class name sounded promising.

Crimson Platinum Prime: Encompassing one of each seven classes moves all together to create this Prime Technique.

Erian blinked his eyes as he thought. Doesn't that mean it contained an attack from the Attack tactic, War tactic, Armoured Tactic and the like? But sadly, Rare Tier technique contains only three moves in them which meant that he can only utilized three moves from the tactic of were to select them.

Keeping the manual back, Erian selected a manual from the War Tactic shelf. The Blood War Typhoon contains three moves from it.

War cluster Fist: Charge up the both fist with both alpha particle and beta particle at * * * * Hz. Like a cluster strike, one's fists strike would rain down in the opponents without a chance to block or evade.

War Crystalization: Harden or crystallise a part of the body to increase the drastically defense in that specific area. Invulnerable to ultrahard steel, resistant (but not immune) to anti-titan artillery and thunder spear.

360 War True Sight: Vision is equipped with advanced photochromic displays, allowing four planes of situational awareness to the surroundings.

This seem more all-rounded, almost similar to the Prime tactic. But it seems the War Tactic only focused on attack and defense.

Checking the Attack Titan tactic, the book Erian held was called the Obsidian Fury Attack and focused mainly on attack without including any other aspect like defense, speed or observation.

Obsidian Fury Attack contained three moves; Sonic Fury Attack, Obsidian Blitz Kick and Fury Physique Amplifier.

Sonic Fury Attack: Using radiation to control two of the three rays in a specific frequency, the collision will cause eruption of Nuclear energy creating tiny sonic booms with each attack.

Obsidian Blitz Kick: Technique requires both balance and speed. With the assistance from the gamma rays and alpha particles, gravity would tilt slightly, giving chance for user to deal multiple kicks at the opponent.

Fury Physique Amplifier: Strength will increase based on fury level.

The explanation wasn't that in depth considering he was only reading the summary of the books, but even then, the tactics are really impressive, making it very difficult for Erian to pick his choice..

It took Erian quite a few minutes of checking the other tactics and he saw quite a few interesting names like the Arch-Ape beast tactic, Thousand-Petal Female tactic, etc.

He gave a thorough but rough glance at the Tactics before he made his selection. Minus the Female tactics, the other six tactics were all tempting to Erian and he wished he could pick them all up as they were all very useful in battle. Sadly, he could only select one manual from the combat hall and when he possess enough blood points, he could come back to exchange for the points.
