"You sure can learn skills easily," Hannah frowned. "Regardless… is he dead? His presence completely disappeared, but… he is breathing."

"My power can absorb the memories of those I touch and thus transform most of it in skills," Ethan explained. "I lost all my progress when I returned to Earth, so Omni Hero got considerably weakened, so I only obtained the progress of three of the things he most trained during his lifetime. Without his memories, Rivru is an empty shell. Thanks to it, he won't be able to tell anyone about what he might have learned about this power. By the way, do you want one of those rings? For someone who wanted to be recognized by others, he sure relied on many tools."

Hannah just because it was quite beautiful and because her mind was thinking about something else. Ethan's power was really dreadful. No wonder he looked so worried until now. Given what she knew, having a decent mana pool was the only way to stop that power. Still, even that was only a temporary defense against it. She wanted to help her little brother but decided to stay quiet about it since she had no idea if she would obtain any success. However, Hannah was determined to research it as much as possible.

Ethan and Hannah returned to the capital after a few hours. Although Hannah liked those potions quite a bit, she could only drink so much. Just as they had predicted, the zombie army had collapsed the very moment Rivru was defeated, but the walls received considerable damage since breaking his staff only made his zombies go berserk. As their summoner, Rivru's magic power was the only thing that kept them from dying… or stopping moving since they were already dead.

Although Ethan wanted to go home as soon as possible, he wouldn't go without Hannah. If something happened just because he decided to return first, he would never forgive himself. So, while Hannah was dealing with the aftermath of the battle, Ethan received Lili's invitation and was hiding at her home. Lili's home was pretty close to the castle, so Ethan could feel Hannah's presence with ease. Since her parents were at the castle and the servants didn't want trouble, no one was bothering Ethan, who was sitting on the couch of the living room of the house as if he was the owner of the place.

"All the people from your family dress like you?" Ethan asked since Lili still was using her cloak to hide her body from head to toe.

"No… I'm just an exception," Lili said while fidgeting. "About our bet of the previous night… I would like you to deliver this letter to someone."

"The girl who saved this world, huh?" Ethan said while he was receiving the letter. "Can she even read the words of this world? What is her name, by the way?"

"Emily, she mastered most of the spells of this world and even created new ones, so she will be able to read this," Lili replied.

Ethan almost fell from the couch when he heard… to think that the hero who saved that world was Emily of all people. In any case, a bet was a bet. Although Emily was a bit troublesome, Ethan wouldn't go back on his word. Still, for some reason, that felt like a pretty cheap favor to ask.

"You know, my sister will probably come here a few times in the next few days," Ethan said. "If you want to, I can ask Emily to come and talk with you."

"No… it is fine," Lili said. "It is not like that; this is just a letter thanking her for saving the world and for becoming an inspiration to me."

Lili was just a fan of Emily, and it wasn't love. That being said, if Ethan could, he would do his best to become at least an acquaintance of those who he admired. That being said, aside from his family, he couldn't think of a single person that he admired.

"Do you see her frequently?" Lili asked.

"I guess so?" Ethan frowned. "People like her and me have to attend a certain place, so we can find each other pretty frequently."

"Do you think… she would find this… unsightly?" Lili asked.

Suddenly, Lili put down the hood that was covering her whole head, and she revealed the young face of a pretty cute girl with golden hair. As expected, Lili was a bit chubby, but it suited her figure. Given her proportions on the chest area, Ethan would say that she was great in all senses of the word. Still, she was pretty conscious of her appearance due to a birthmark on the left side of her face. It was just a single line that went from her ear until the middle part of her cheek. Lili showed that to anyone, Ethan concluded after seeing her anxious expression.

"It is just a birth mark, you know," Ethan said. "It isn't something you need to worry about… that being said, I don't know Emily well enough to imagine what she will think. Girls like you might think too much about it, but guys like me to pay no mind to it. Don't worry. You are pretty cute and have a great body. Soon enough, you will find a man who will make you happy or a woman. I don't know your preferences."

"Eh?" Lili raised her voice a bit flustered and with her face red.

Before Ethan could notice that, something dropped on his head. Something quite heavy and sturdy. When Ethan opened his eyes, he saw Hannah glaring at him while holding an iron stick, which was probably some kind of magic item.

"What kind of idiot says something like that to a girl of her age?" Hannah raised her voice in a cold manner. "This is sexual harassment…"

"No… it isn't," Ethan said. "I only said that because that is true and because I have no hidden intentions. Anyway, did you finish your business here?"

"Are you trying to escape your punishment for being such a…" Hannah sighed and then calmed down. "Yeah, for the time being. We can go now if you want. Or perhaps you want to stay a bit longer and harass sexually other girls."

"Nah, I'm cool," Ethan said.

Hannah was really having a hard time controlling her anger. Her little brother grew a little too cocky while saving another world, and now he was doing everything at his own pace. Regardless, Hannah herself was too tired to mind that. Although it was a bit troublesome, Hannah was also happy that Ethan grew to be a confident guy.

"See ya," Ethan said while looking at Lili. "If Emily isn't as much a pain in the ass as I think she is, I will make her come here."

After saying that, Ethan and Hannah disappeared. Although that made Lili few a bit lonely, she was happy because she met another hero, and that person didn't mind the mark that troubled her for so long over the years. Maybe with some luck, she would soon make another friend who was also a hero.
