Fighting For Eternity

"I have to be successful this time" Fei gritted his teeth as he controlled temperature, slowly condensing the pill. It has been fifteen days, he has been continuously making pill, eat food, and sleeping. Other than that he also learned pill pattern.

During this time, fei made hundreds of 1st rank pills and only two 2nd rank pills. This was quite a hard job knowing fei is just a beginner on alchemy. This time he was condensing the Snow Bear pill which is 2nd rank pill and he failed ten times.

He didn't give up nor waited long, did he just continue to make pills again and again. This was his eleventh try and he wanted to be successful, so before having the eleventh try he walked into the second room, gain enlightenment about pills and come to the fourth room for the eleventh try.

This time, he has to succeed. He slowly condenses a white pill that was covered by flames. White pill contains a snow attribute whereas flames contain a fire attribute, which means if balance is not enough he would fail either by melting it or condensing it super hard. This is also the reason why he failed ten times even though he had already made 2nd rank pill twice.

Fei slowly condenses the snow pill controlling it with spiritual power, he began to take it out of the cauldron. He holds a white pill with both of his hands, immediately puts it on a bottle made of jade. He then raises his hands and shouted "I succeed"

"Haha, I finally succeed" Fei laughed happily caring for his 2nd rank Snow Bear pill. He walked out of the fourth room and entered the second room.

"Okay, now I should cultivate" Fei sat down crossed leg and the open scroll of Mount Everest Snow Peak Art. He then began to read it and memorize it. It took only two hours for him to completely memorize it. Then he opened the lid of the jade bottle, put the pill on his hand, and swallowed it in a gulp.

Slowly pill reached his dantian and start melting. It was melting slowly but steadily. Fei was running Mount Everest Snow Peak Art, controlling the movement of energy produced by his pill. He runs the Concept of Ice and starts sensing Snow spiritual qi from Heaven and Earth.

Unlike previous times, where fei got heavenly flames to help him condense the Flame egg faster, this time he could only rely on his previous experience to sense snow spiritual qi faster.

Day's passes, fei was still cultivating without food and water. Inside his dantian, a Ground of snow was created, while snowflakes were still falling on that ground. Finally, after twenty days, he created a cloud above snow ground.

This cloud was for absorbing spiritual qi turning it into the snow and continuing the snowfall. Of course, that won't happen every time, only when fei wanted that to happen. Finally after creating snow clouds and snow ground. He starts comprehending Ice needles.

Forming Ice needle was simple, by using soul power and ice qi. Only if he mixed any of his attack with soul power, he can attack other's souls but you can't mix it on your own otherwise your own soul may get in danger. There was a whole scroll to make ice needle with soul power.

After reading it, fei started creating an ice needle. He turns all of his spiritual qi into snow qi then uses his concept of ice and ice element from his spiritual roots to turn it into ice qi. Then he began to move ice qi from his dantian to his soul meridians. When ice qi reached his soul, he began to form an ice needle in his soul then infuse it with soul power.

This may sound easy but while doing it, if a person is distracted even for a breath then he might hurt his own soul. It wasn't short time work; it took two days just of form three ice needles and his spiritual qi inside his dantian emptied out.

He took out a spiral blue pill. This pill had a small circle around it. Yes, this is his first pill with a pill pattern on it. This was qi recovering pill with pill pattern. He began to recover his own qi. It took a while before his qi was fully recovered.

Fei then starts making more and more ice needles. He took ten days to make 15 ice needles which are enough for him for a while. So he decided to stop and check something he hasn't checked for a while.

He then consumes a large number of pills at once and started Eight Inner Gates. This is the art he got from the system by completing his first task issued by the system. He began to open gates inside his body. The first gate is called the Gate of Opening which can bring 50000 pounds strength to a cultivator permanently. Second is the Gate of Healing which can help him heal his wounds on the fight but he needs to open it every single time he wants to heal his body. The third was the Gate of Closing which will bring 50000 pounds strength to a cultivator permanently.

Without too much delay, he began to open each gate one after another.

The First Gate of Opening lies on his right arm, he just needs to create huge pressure to open it. He began to move spiritual qi into his right directly banging the gate. It didn't take long but was a very painful experience. If fei hadn't had familiar with such pain, it is hard to imagine his expression.

In just one try he once again successfully opened another gate. This must be because of his powerful body otherwise it is impossible to open three gates at a single try, one after another.

His strength has raise by 100000 pounds reaching 500000 pounds, which is half of a young flood dragon. This was a huge benefit for him. But before he got a chance to test his physical strength, he felt something interesting in each gate.

He found each gate contain space where he can literally store his spiritual qi although not big as his dantian but enough to have three extra small dantian. He starts gulping qi recovering pill and fills his small dantian. This doesn't have any relationship with his cultivation but it can be used as extra qi storage which is very useful for long term fights.

After filling up his three small dantian, he entered the fifth room and checked a new book. Eighteen Layers of Hell which was his next target. If he could open this book he might get large benefit.

This was red colored book just like soaked in blood containing gloomy and killing aura around it but with fei Will he easily canceled such aura. He saw a chain that was confining the book. He slowly touched this book with his left hand and he heard some ancient voice.

"Use your spirit to attack the chains, your Will shall grant your rewards"

Fei mouth curled up, he didn't think this would be so easy. For normal cultivator who hasn't created their, Will have to depend on their unformed Will or Spirit that they possess in the form of fighting intent but fei Will is already an entity which means his Will can bring a devastating attack on such opportunities.

As the fei ordered his Will changed from small fei to a warrior in red holding a sword releasing killing intent. This was part of Asura Will. Sword was a giant sword in the color red. The warrior sword strikes at the chain with all of its power.
