Harry Potter and the Legend of the Temple

Chapter 255 I will always like Astoria (Part 2)

Louis found Harry and Ron in Hagrid's cabin, who were distressed.

"You have to hurry up." Hagrid poured a cup of tea for each of the three of them. "I heard that in the previous Triwizard Tournament, there was no warrior without a dance partner."

"Maybe you could ask Ginny, I think she'd be happy to."

"Someone has already invited her," Hagrid said. "Hermione came with her before, and she said excitedly that she could finally attend the Yule Ball."

Harry and Ron looked at each other, as if they were the only two people in the school who had not found a dance partner.

"So, will you come to the dance on Christmas Day, Hagrid?" Ron asked.

"Of course, the dance will be lively." Hagrid said in his rough voice, "Because you two will start the party."

He pointed at Harry and Louis and hinted that they must find a dance partner.

Harry didn't want to spend more time on this, and it wasn't that he didn't take action. Before coming to Hagrid's hut, he met Cho Chang at the Owlery, but the fifth-year Ravenclaw sister politely rejected him. He also gave him a good guy card by the way.

"Did Rita Skeeter come to trouble you later, Hagrid?" He quickly changed the subject.

"She came to interview me again later. To be honest, she was not interested in magical animals." Hagrid replied, "She has been asking about you two, especially you, Louis. She seems to be very interested in you. ”

Rita seemed to be trying to get some dirty information out of Hagrid to prevent Louis from revealing information about illegal Animagus.

"Of course there is nothing to say. I told her that we have been good friends since you entered the school. She also asked you if you had done anything disruptive and disrupted the teaching plan in class. I said no, and she seemed very unhappy."

"She will think so. This woman is eager for some negative news." Harry said matter-of-factly, "As for the previous report, it was just Louis who threatened her to write it."

"She needs some new information to spread rumors, since the last article was hit." Ron gnawed on rock biscuits, "You should say that Harry and Louis are murderers, she likes these things best."

"But you are not." Hagrid shook his head. It seemed that he would not spread rumors just to win the favor of reporters.

"But regarding that report, I didn't expect that Olim had such courage to say that he was a hybrid giant." Hagrid sighed, and the hand holding the cup trembled.

Louis noticed that Hagrid had already called Mrs. Maxime Olim in his tone, and that Mrs. Maxime was willing to expose her life experience to help Hagrid prove that they did have feelings for each other.

After returning from Hagrid, Louis saw Gabrielle waving to him under the Ravenclaw Tower.

The Yule Ball does have a tradition that no one below the fourth grade can be invited to attend, but as the only Beauxbatons visitor below the fourth grade, Gabrielle was made an exception and could attend the Yule Ball.

However, Louis did not agree to her request, which made the little French girl a little disappointed.

On the other side, Fleur Delacour was pursuing a lot of people. Her Veela status and Beauxbatons warrior made her like a fish in water around boys who didn't have a dance partner yet.

But she did not choose anyone to be her dance partner. Her identity created her high vision. In fact, she believed that no boy in the school except Louis was qualified to be her dance partner.

But warriors cannot be each other's dance partners, which is also the traditional rule of the Triwizard Tournament.

The last week of this semester has become extremely noisy, and there are more and more rumors about the Yule Ball. I heard that Dumbledore also invited a well-known band in the wizarding world for the party. Lewis Ben has no interest in music. But being able to dance in a scene that exudes hormones is also unique.

Some teachers also relaxed their requirements in the classroom, and even Snape no longer troubled Louis. However, what made him depressed was that until the last day before the holiday, he still failed to communicate with Astoria. Meet him alone.

"It's simply a devil. He won't let us go even in the last class." Ron complained. He and Harry and Hermione had just finished their last class of History of Magic.

"There are final exams tomorrow, Ron, don't let your guard down." Hermione reminded him.

"It's really annoying, as if there weren't enough things to worry about." Ron was a little annoyed. "There are tests to be taken, and people to be invited to the dance. Even Fred has a partner..."

"Fred is pregnant?" Harry was a little curious, wondering what kind of person would like to go to the dance with his twin brother.

"Angelina Johnson." Ron said angrily, "I just saw Fred inviting her."

"You two haven't found a dance partner yet, right?"

Harry and Ron shook their heads at the same time, and then Ron looked at Hermione intently, as if he had discovered something new:

"Well, Hermione, you should know that you are a girl."

"That's eye-catching, isn't it?" Hermione sneered, "Should I say it's great that you finally noticed."

"Okay, you can choose either of us." Ron said, looking at Hermione expectantly, "That's fair, don't you think so, Harry."

"Oh? Then why can't I choose Louis?" Hermione said, "You are not the only boy here without a dance partner."

Louis, who was drinking coffee, was choked by Hermione's words. He didn't mind going with Hermione, of course as a friend.

Just as he said this, Neville walked in from the door of the common room. He motioned for Louis to go out. There was a first-year Slytherin girl waiting for him outside.

Louis thanked Longbottom and walked to the portrait of the Fat Lady. Waiting for him was little Natasha.

"Natasha, what's wrong?"

However, the little girl did not answer him. She made a silencing gesture, looked around at the people, and then secretly waved to Louis after confirming that everything was correct.

Although Louis was a little strange, he still followed her. After they passed through the castle, they came to the open space on the edge of the Forbidden Forest.

This place is close to the lake of Hogwarts and is inaccessible. Just when Louis was confused, a white-haired figure came into his eyes.

Astoria was wearing Hogwarts robes, pacing back and forth by the lake with her hands behind her back. After seeing Louis, she smiled at him, a smile that could melt any glacier in the world.

"I'm sorry, Louis, I haven't had a good conversation with you these days." Astoria apologized a little, "It's because my sister insisted on protecting me and refused to let me go to the Yule Ball."

Daphne is very popular in Slytherin. It is expected that several girls are guarding Astoria, and it is not impossible to prevent boys from inviting her.

"Then do you want to go to the Yule Ball?"

"What?" Astoria leaned her head on him, but she didn't hear what Louis said clearly.

"I said, well, would you like to be my dance partner." Louis seemed to have summoned up the courage, and he didn't know why his heart beat faster when he said this in front of Astoria.

He rehearsed the lines countless times in his mind and simulated various possible scenarios. He had never been so nervous when dealing with Yu Shenlong.

"Dance partner?" Astoria suddenly blushed. She raised her head and looked at Louis blankly, not knowing what to do.

"Be my dance partner and go to the Christmas ball with me." Louis said every word.

The atmosphere gradually became a little ambiguous, and Astoria knew what it would mean if she agreed to Lewis.

"But why me?"

"Because I like you." He seemed to be risking his life. "I don't want anyone to take you away from me. If you have promised to someone else, I will go crazy."

"Fool." Astoria muttered, and then the two of them looked at each other, her cheeks getting redder and redder.

Looking at her slightly fiery gaze, his breathing began to quicken. A writhing little lion overcame his reason, and he kissed her directly without thinking.

Astoria was frightened by his move, and she stayed in place completely stunned. I tried to push Lewis away with my hands, but there was no strength at all.

After a slight resistance, she was suppressed by Louis' powerful hormones. Her mind went blank, and her eyes gradually closed, feeling the bursts of love from the other party.

The sweet moment seemed to be frozen in this moment, the two hugged each other, and no one could separate them anymore.
