Harry Potter: The Path of Destiny

Chapter 64: Help take care of Astoria

After lunch, Nydia came to Snape's office again to brew the potion. Snape no longer cares about Nydia at all, letting her cook it by herself. Sometimes Nydia comes over to add some medicinal ingredients, but he doesn't even raise his head. He doesn't seem to expect Nydia to really be able to cook it. Complete these recipes by herself, and because of his attitude, Nidia now wants to prove to him that she can do it.

Today went quite smoothly, and the potion appeared exactly as described in the formula. When Nidia walked out of the office, it was already close to dinner time, and Nidia decided to go to the restaurant to have a meal before returning to the lounge.

When she reached the stairs, Nidia saw two familiar figures in front of her. It was Draco and Blaise. At this time, they should also be going to the restaurant.

"Draco! Blaise!" Nydia walked forward quickly and tapped the two of them on the shoulders.

Draco and Blaise turned around and were stunned when they saw Nydia. In the end, Blaise was the first to return to normal.

"This is the first time I've seen you tie your hair up!" Blaise looked at Nitya playfully, "This hair tie..."

"The hairband was given by your mother, I like it very much!" Nitya, with her hair tied back, looked even more energetic.

"Well, it suits you very well! What do you think, Draco?" Blaise bumped Draco, who was still in a daze next to him, with his arm.

"Ah!" Draco replied immediately, "Well, it fits very well and looks good."

Draco's appraising eyes made Nydia's cheeks heat up. Perhaps because of what Michelle said in the morning, she was now afraid to look directly into Draco's eyes.

"By the way, do you know a little girl named Astoria Greengrass?" Nydia thought of the little Slytherin girl she met in the morning.

"Greengrass?" Draco was a little confused.

"Yes, she is Daphne's sister."

"Did sister Daphne come to school too? I don't have any impression." Draco thought for a moment and seemed to have heard that Daphne had a younger sister, but he didn't seem to have much impression of her as a younger sister.

"Huh? Don't you have any impression?" Nidia said in surprise.

"What's wrong? Is she causing trouble for you?" Draco frowned. He had the impression that Daphne and Pansy were very close.

"No, I met her this morning, and she said she had been helped by you when she was a child? Don't you have any impression?"

"Help?!" Draco was surprised now because he had no memory of such a thing.

"Oh! I remembered, it turned out to be her! No wonder I said she looked familiar!" Blaise, who had been standing by, suddenly said.

"You know him?" Draco asked.

"It's the girl you hit on the train!" Blaise explained.

"I didn't pay much attention at the time." Draco was so angry at the time that he didn't even pay attention to who he hit. "But why did she say that I helped her when she was a child?"

"Do you remember that one Christmas the Greengrass family invited several members of the family over?"

"It seems like that's the case."

"During that dinner, a group of us were playing in the forest next to the Greengrass house, and finally lost Daphne's little sister in the forest. The Greengrass family was very anxious. In the end, it was you who found her. "He's back! Did you forget?" Blaise recounted the situation at that time.

Draco tried to think back, "I remembered that I was looking for the Quaffle that was knocked away, and she fell into the same pit as my Quaffle."

"So you brought this girl up just to pick up the ball?" Blaise felt a little speechless.

"The pit was too dirty and I didn't want to go down. I pulled her up and she brought the ball up." At that time, Astoria's face was covered with dirt, and Draco couldn't recognize what she looked like at all.

"How sad this girl would be if she knew the truth!" Brace shook his head and said, "Thankfully, she still remembers that you helped her!"

"That's her business, it's not something I want her to worry about." Draco said nonchalantly.

"What! I don't remember it at all. Originally, I wanted to ask you to take care of her!" Nidia muttered.

"Take care of her? Why?" Draco asked in confusion.

"Yes! Why do you care so much about Astoria?" Blaise was also curious about the reason.

"I heard from her that some people in Slytherin House don't seem to approve of her and think she is not suitable to stay in Slytherin. She was crying in the morning." Nydia explained, "I always feel that she has something to do with me. It’s a bit like when I first joined Gryffindor, there were a lot of people talking about me behind my back!”

"I don't really want to get involved in the Greengrass family... Besides, isn't her sister Daphne also in school? Her sister will naturally take care of her." Draco didn't have a particularly good impression of Daphne, so he didn't like others either. The Greengrasses.

"Daphne doesn't care about her sister! Otherwise Astoria wouldn't have been lost that time. Maybe she was the one who spread the word that she was not suitable for Slytherin." Blaise told Greengrass I have heard a little about the sisters.

"I don't need you to take more care of her. Just don't let others bully her. Please!" Nitya pleaded.

"Why are you always so concerned about other people's affairs!" Draco said a little unhappy, his eyes staring straight at Nydia.

As soon as Nydia came into contact with Draco's gaze, her cheeks felt hot unconsciously. She quickly turned her head to the side and walked to the front faster. Her behavior made Draco mistakenly think that he was angry because he didn't agree to help.

"Hey, are you angry?" Draco walked forward quickly and pulled Nidia's sleeve. His move made Nidia blush even more.

"I didn't." Nydia quickly shook off Draco's hand holding her sleeve, and quickened her pace again, not wanting Draco to see her current appearance.

"You said you weren't angry. Why did you walk so fast?" Draco caught up again.

"I'm hungry. I want to go to the restaurant to eat quickly." Draco chased after him, and Nydia had to turn her head to the other side.

"Okay! I promise you," Draco stopped Nityala, "If I meet someone bullying her, I will help stop it."

"Really!" Nydia looked at Draco happily.

"You said you weren't angry, and your face was red with anger!" Looking at the blush on Nydia's cheeks, Draco mistakenly thought it was caused by being too angry.

Nitya touched her cheek embarrassedly, scolding Michelle in her mind, blaming her for saying those strange words to her today.

"But let's talk first. If I encounter someone bullying her, I will help. If I don't encounter someone, then there is nothing I can do. I can't follow her every day!"

"That's enough." Nidia nodded happily.

Blaise, who was quickly left behind by Nydia and Draco, looked helplessly at the two people in front of him, not wanting to catch up quickly. When his eyes touched the blue headband on Nydia's hair, The corners of his mouth couldn't help but turn up slightly, and he sighed in his heart, "I made the right choice indeed, this headband suits Nidia very well!"
