Harry Potter's Catastrophe

Chapter 121: Taking your pet to class (Part 2)

The low-pitched discussion quieted down with the arrival of Professor McGonagall. Professor McGonagall brought an unknown bird. Anyway, Carney didn't remember what kind of bird it was, but he saw it the last time he went to the office.

Professor McGonagall first wrote the theory on the blackboard. Every time she came to class, she would vividly draw the things that were transformed in that class on the blackboard. Today, she transformed the pet into a goblet.

"Okay, students, given your performance in the last class." Professor McGonagall paused and said, "Today's class is relatively simple. What I will teach you today is to turn animals into goblets."

"Everyone, pay attention, one, two, three, it's boiling!" Professor McGonagall raised the tip of her wand and tapped the bird gently, and the bird shrank and turned into a glass goblet.

"Wow~" were all exclaimed by this hand. The main reason was that Professor McGonagall didn't teach many transformation techniques with spells. He only taught a few spells from beginning to end. Without spells, they would just walk in the dark with their eyes closed.

Harry and the others were all sleepless in an instant, and they all eagerly looked at the pets on their desks.

"Okay, let me find someone to try." Professor McGonagall assigned the task, "Ron Weasley."

"One, two, three, Boola Weidu!" Professor McGonagall came to Ron's side and reiterated the key points.

"Look at me, one, two, three, boiling Weidu." Ron shook his wand and then hit the tip of the wand on Banban. Banban immediately began to deform, and the whole classroom looked at the changing mouse.

"Hahaha~" After the transformation result came out, everyone couldn't help laughing, it was half a cup.

Only the stem of the goblet is successful, and it has become a glass stem, but the body of the goblet is still furry, and there is a slender rat tail on the body of the goblet.

"Weasley, you should practice more," said Professor McGonagall.

"Yes..." Ron blushed. He had successfully transformed the spell several times before, especially after changing to a new wand. It was really embarrassing.

"Now, practice freely and ask me if you have any difficulties." Professor McGonagall returned to the podium. "I will check your results one by one before get out of class ends. I hope to see students who can successfully transform without using spells." He said. After that, I started correcting papers from other grades.

For a moment, the classroom was covered by the sound of spells, and the pets around were being transformed. Transformation with spells was much easier to learn, and most people succeeded.

"Ron, it seems you really need to practice more, your mouse is going to escape..." A Gryffindor student whispered, it seemed to be Dean Thomas, from the dormitory next door.

"You must have not had enough breakfast..." Ron grabbed Banban who turned back into a mouse and tried to escape. He picked up the wand and started trying again, "One, two, three, Boola Weidu."

"One, two, three, Boola Weidu." Harry knocked Hedwig confidently, and the cup's legs were transformed into owl talons, and Seamus was the same.

Neville's transformation was successful the first time he chanted the spell. When the wand poked Leif, Leif turned into a shorter glass goblet.

"I succeeded!" Neville said happily, but Ron still failed, and this time he didn't even react.

Hermione failed without using the charm, but she saved two owl wings and succeeded after reciting the charm a second time.

"Carney, why don't you change?" Hermione asked, watching Carney hold his head and watch others transform.

"Blackie is so--big," Carney whispered to Hermione. "I can't change."

Carney didn't dare to turn into Xiaohei. This magic power consumption was a big problem. Those students who failed were because their pets were slightly larger and the transformation was not accurate.

Harry's Hedwig didn't work, and so did Seamus, but Neville nailed it the first time.

Most of the successful students have relatively smaller pets, which cost less to transform and are relatively easier.

"Ron, what's wrong?" Harry tried a few more times before he successfully transformed into Hedwig, which made Hedwig a little bit tempered. Ron didn't make any movement at all, and Banban was enjoying the massage of Ron's wand.

"I don't know. Maybe my magic power is exhausted. I also feel a little tired because I didn't get enough sleep." Ron tried again and poked Scabbers.

This is the result of trying to transform a giant animal. The magic power was used up and it was only used once.

Scabbers is not a mouse, but Peter Pettigrew, and his own magic power exceeds that of Ron. It is already good to let him become like that without any resistance, but the magic power is all used up.

"Then Ron, you're done. You'll fail the next test." Carney snickered at Ron.

"..." Ron made a sad face. He couldn't use magic, so he could only poke the spots with his wand out of boredom. Carney waited for the test before get out of class to change. A class would pass quickly if you were in a daze. .

"Hiss~" Xiao Hei looked around curiously, watching the animals on other tables being turned into cups by their owners, and he also looked at his master.

"You've thought too much, come in and sleep!" Carney's wizard robe had a large bag sewn inside the sleeves on both sides to hold the wand and Xiao Hei.

Xiao Hei reluctantly got in. After putting Xiao Hei away, Carney tore a piece of paper, rolled it into a roll, and looked around aimlessly on the table like Xiao Hei.

"Kani, you." Hermione opened her eyes wide when she saw this scene. The little black snake was so lifelike, almost like a little black hair, and the cobra Nobuko was also moving.

Now they only know how to transform some objects, and if they are living things, they will change from living to dead. The only time they changed was when a pea turned into a bug. That time should be regarded as the most difficult time in the first grade. Everyone turned into dead bugs, except Carney.

The professors came over to check one by one. When Carney was here, he passed the test easily without chanting any spells. After practicing in one class, only a few managed to succeed without using any spells.

"Ron Weasley, what are you still dawdling about?" Professor McGonagall came to Ron. Ron didn't change several times. The professor thought Ron was planning something.

"Professor - I ran out of magic power when I transformed..." Ron lowered his head and whispered with a red face.

"Then just record the results as you did before and barely pass." Professor McGonagall finished speaking and walked to the next one.

"Hey, do you believe it? I passed the exam." Ron said happily after coming out of the Transfiguration classroom, grabbing his mouse Scabbers.

"Yeah, I can't believe it. Carney didn't get any points from Professor McGonagall today." Hermione said, "She didn't get any points from anyone. Did you notice?"

"It's hard not to notice." Harry said, "We should have exceeded the score by too many points. If Professor McGonagall adds more points to Carney, the score will reach a terrifying number by the end."

"Perhaps Professor McGonagall was considerate of us last night, so she gave me a pass. I must have used too much magic power at that time." Ron was still struggling with the fact that Professor McGonagall gave him a pass.

They all planned to go to bed during the History of Magic class, except Hermione of course. Their pets were all taken to the History of Magic classroom, and the owl could just be released.

Ron Carneville also had to bring his pet with him. Neville and Ron both brought cages, but Blackie didn't need to. He came to the History of Magic classroom early and chose a quieter seat - the back corner, and started sleep.

Covered by a wizard's hat,

"Hey~" Hermione originally planned to chat with them during the break, but they all climbed on the table to sleep, so she had to sit in the front row with her book. She didn't want to sit so far back.

"Hey, five big slackers?" The Slytherin people came to the History of Magic classroom, and as soon as they entered the door, they could see five people lying in the back row.

The History of Magic class is taken together with Slytherin. It is a boring class arranged by the school. Now the two houses in this grade can no longer compete.

Even Dumbledore admitted that the history of magic is indeed a bit boring. The four colleges have common classes with each other for the purpose of communicating with students from each college.

"..." Hermione frowned and looked at the several Slytherin students who came in. If she looked carefully, it was Harry and the others who were sleeping there. One of the five people must be Carney. They didn't say anything else and found a place. sit down.

Malfoy had more followers than before, no longer just Crabbe and Goyle, but five or six people gathered around him into the History of Magic classroom.

"Bring your pet to sleep, hahaha." A Slytherin laughed, pointing to the cage on Ron and Neville's table.

"Look, what did you feed such a big toad?" They walked to the back row and approached Carney and the others.

The seats at the table were for two, Harry and Ron, Neville and Seamus, and Carney had an empty seat in front of them.

"It's none of your business." Harry and the others were asleep and didn't respond. Hermione picked up the book and sat next to Carney. When she sat down, she caught a glimpse of Xiao Hei poking his head out of Carney's sleeves. look.

"Okay." Malfoy also saw Carney lying on the side, wondering if he was asleep or not. "Let's find a seat."

"..." Hermione thought there would be some quarrel, and now that they were gone, she wanted to sit back in the front.

"It's time for class." At this time, Professor Binns floated out of the wall, and she had to sit in the back row.
