Harry Potter's Catastrophe

Chapter 472: Lucky Hermione

It took Hermione a while to adapt to the eerie face of the Black Ghast Tree. There was no place nearby for her to stay, and the scattered bones of the Black Ghast Tree destroyed by Carney were everywhere.

Carney circled the spring water and manipulated the structure to make a small crystal flowerpot, which is about the size of an adult's hand.

"This tree is good, it grows so beautifully." Carney found a good-looking Black Ghast tree and cast a spell on it, "Shrink quickly!"

The entire Black Ghast tree was twisting unwillingly, even though it was beautiful.

Under the influence of magic, the Black Ghast Tree, which was more than 20 meters high, was shrunk to five or six inches in size, turning into a mini version of the Black Ghast Tree, no longer as long as a wand.

Carney dug out the Black Ghast tree with its roots and soil and transplanted it into his crystal flower pot.

"Perfect." Carney finally made a protective shell for the flowerpot, like a semi-glass sphere of the memorial, but Carney left some gaps for watering or pruning.

I just made an ornamental cell with a mini version of the Black Ghast tree, which will add to the beauty of the dormitory.

"Are you going to take it back for research?" Hermione finally understood, but the mini version of the Black Ghast Tree did look different.

"Of course, it is a precious material. I didn't care about it before." Carney tried to put the tree into the pendant, and the shrunken Black Ghast tree could be put directly into it.

"Let's go back."

Hermione raised her hands to indicate that she didn't want to walk back. The tree section alone took more than half an hour.

Of course Carney didn't mind. He carried Hermione generously and ran out of the Forbidden Forest in only seven or eight minutes.

"You can loosen it a little bit." Carney pulled away Hermione who was as tight as an octopus.

"It's really... too shaking." Hermione looked at the forest and then relaxed. Riding on Carney's back was as exciting as riding a roller coaster. It was so exciting that there were no protective measures to make people feel at ease.

Fortunately, they didn't come back too late. Harry and the others were still there, but the Weasley twins were nowhere to be found.

"You're back, we're all planning to go back to the castle." Ron complained that of course they couldn't leave their friends and go back alone.

"Guess what we saw in the Forbidden Forest? A unicorn, I even touched it." Hermione said eagerly.

"Really? That's great. Any place where a unicorn will stay will be a safe place." It has been nearly a year since Hagrid last saw a unicorn.

"Oh, that's nothing. The wand I used still has unicorn fur in it." Ron pretended that this was nothing to be surprised or show off about.

"What does it look like? Does it really have a horn?" Harry asked. Now that he was separated from Voldemort, he was very passionate about all things in the wizarding world, and the adventurous seeds in his bones slowly sprouted.

"Yes, a very beautiful unicorn, emitting soft light, I think I will be blessed by the unicorn." Hermione felt great all over her body, she thought it was all a unicorn She had completely forgotten the credit of Carney's hand on her shoulder.

This incident spread to many Gryffindor students. Hermione petted the unicorn, and she became lucky.

Even Carney felt that Hermione might have really gotten lucky because Professor McGonagall came to see him that night.

"Carney, is the time turner still there?" Professor McGonagall asked.

"Um... I don't know, maybe it's still here or maybe it's not here anymore." Carney said hesitantly, is he going to take it back? Although he decided to use the time turner less or even not in the future, but nevertheless, the time turner must be in his hand.

I don't have to, but I have to have it, it has to be in my pocket.

"That's it. You and Hermione Granger are very good friends, right?" Professor McGonagall stared at Carney.

"Yes - it's obvious." Carney felt that people like to stare at people recently, which made him, a thin-skinned person, afraid to look at them at all, so his momentum was greatly reduced.

It was now clear that Hermione must have taken all the courses against his advice, and Professor McGonagall came to him asking for the Time-Turner.

"Very good, I've seen it all. You should know that Miss Granger's grades in all subjects are excellent. He has taken all the courses in the third grade. She promised me that his grades in all subjects will be excellent. I miss you." You probably wouldn't mind lending the time-turner to your good friend," Professor McGonagall said and waited for Carney's response.

"Of course, it is indeed a loan. I mean do I still have the right to take it back or own it again?" Carney said.

"Yes." Professor McGonagall held out her hand.

"Why don't you persuade her to give up a few courses, I just chose one." Carney tried to fight for it.

"Hmm? I didn't express any opinion about you only choosing one course." Professor McGonagall said.

"What if I also select all the courses?" Carney said suddenly.

"Then you can use it with Hermione Granger." Professor McGonagall said seriously, "But you must ensure that your grades in all subjects are excellent."

"Then - let her use it." Carney gave the time turner back to Professor McGonagall.

"There's no need to take things away so early for next semester..." Carney looked at Professor McGonagall's back, but he was satisfied. The time turner is very strictly controlled, and if it is to be used by students, it requires magic. The application must be filed with the Ministry of Education and approved by the Ministry of Education before it can be used by students.

Only good students like Hermione can use it. Those with poor grades will not have this opportunity.

It's good that he has owned it for such a long time. Although he has only used it a few times, the time is not short.

So Hermione has been really lucky recently, and Carney is starting to wonder if it's really the result of unicorns.

When he returned to the common room, he saw a group of first-year people whispering around the table. Carney moved his ears and heard their conversation clearly.

After hearing the news about the unicorn, they really planned to go to the Forbidden Forest again, intending to use their beauty to attract the dirty and lustful unicorn.

Carney strode over, intending to warn them, but halfway there, he realized that he didn't need to warn them at all. He just wanted to prevent them from entering the Forbidden Forest. It was unnecessary to give a warning.

However, his striding behavior had attracted their attention and they were already nearby.

"What are you talking about?" Carney glanced at them, but they were speechless.

"Nothing?" the brown-haired witch said bravely. After all, she was somewhat familiar with Carney.

"It's best not to let me know how you plan to deduct points from Gryffindor, otherwise." Carney didn't expect any threatening words.

"Otherwise?" The brown-haired witch was not intimidated by Carney.

"Otherwise, the man will cut off his chick and the woman will be tortured." Carney said with a sinister smile. He felt that this must be extremely terrifying.
