I Have a Safari Park

Chapter 35: Dojo in a Snail Shell

Of course, hard dishes can't be too late, otherwise you will be full, and who has the mind to taste the wonderfulness of your dish.

It was based on this consideration before that Fang Ye put the Tiger Pavilion in the middle of the circular tour route.

Where is the Little Panda House?

You can't put it in the mouth, it's too cute, tourists have to look at it for a long time, and they don't want to continue to go down.

Put it too far, it's too appetizing. There must be someone who likes the red panda very much. If you don't see any other animals, you must watch it. Once you come up and go straight to the past, you will miss a lot of content.

After thinking for a moment, Fang Ye decided to put the red panda pavilion on the outside side after the first pavilion in the park.

What will be displayed in the first pavilion has not yet been determined, anyway, red pandas are not suitable.

Next is the specific design of the red panda house.

Some arrow bamboos can be planted on the winding aisle outside the exhibition hall, among which are red-purple rhododendrons and blue periwinkle flowers. A stream surrounds the aisle to create a habitat atmosphere.

The exterior walls are made of natural bamboo as building materials, which is in line with the theme of the Red Panda Pavilion and can also make tourists more immersed in it.

On the viewing side, the glass curtain wall is bent at a small angle and divided into three sides, providing visitors with different viewing angles.

The canopy protects visitors from the sun and rain while reducing reflections from the glass curtain wall.

Although the exhibition area is small, it does not mean that it is simple. The so-called conch shell is a dojo, and a small venue can also do many designs to make it rich and exciting.

Red pandas usually live in large tree holes or stone caves and rock crevices, so first design a stone cave for it.

The middle is slightly raised, making a very gentle mound about 40 cm above the ground.

Get a few big blue-grey stones and build them up on the mound. A few plump and heavy stones like potatoes were half-buried with an empty space in the middle. Eggplants were flat and long and placed on the outside, covered with the top, and a smaller stone was added to cover the hole.

The gap left at the end is about the same as the width of the head of the red panda.

In this way, a bunker-like stone cave is ready.

The red panda can get in and watch the movement outside.

Like a machine gunner in a bunker, scouting out through a square firing hole.

However, the direction of the opening is facing the glass curtain wall, so...

The height of the "bunker" is raised through the mound, and the distance of a few meters is added, so that tourists do not need to squat or lie down, as long as they look down a little, they can see the cute appearance of the red panda peeping blankly-if it is in words inside.

The role of the bunker is not only to let the red panda hide in it, but also to provide a hiding place.

The flat stone at the top can also let it lie on it and bask in the sun lazily.

One of the hobbies of red pandas is to bask in the sun on a sunny cliff or on the top of a big tree, so the local people in Sichuan call them "Mountain Dun'er".

Trees are essential to show the natural behavior of red pandas!

Red pandas are good at climbing and spend more than 50% of their time in trees. When in danger, they can quickly climb tall trees and move between trees to avoid enemies.

Because the main habitat of the red panda is 1500-4800 meters above sea level, there is a temperate forest with dense bamboo forests under the forest, and Fang Ye chose a ginkgo biloba and a camphor tree with thicker branches.

Two more dead pine with cavities, the middle cavity is a great hiding place, and the trunk also serves as a component of the perch.

Add a little perch to help make the red panda more stable and safer when climbing the tree.

After all, the trees in the pavilion cannot be as dense as in the wild, and the thick branches are linked to each other.

Therefore, a soft ladder composed of ropes and wooden boards was installed between the two trees. The wooden boards were slightly spaced, and the soft ropes swayed, simulating the effect of the branches shaking, so that the red panda could move between different trees.

Some people may be wondering, why not plant bamboo?

Bamboo is the staple food of red pandas. There is a large piece in the wild, and you can't finish it if you eat it at will.

Planted in the exhibition hall, only a few stalks can be caught, and after a few days, the bamboo will die and become a disposable consumable.

The bamboos in the panda house are all cut from the outside and brought in.

"What's wrong?"

Fang Ye thought for a while, yes, he should have some water!

The suitable temperature for red pandas is 10 to 25 degrees. In a southern city like Linhai, the temperature is not too low in winter, but it is very hot in summer.

Make a small tortuous ditch around the mound, or even set up a few atomizers to create a misty effect while humidifying and cooling.

The sun is shining, and in the light mist, the red panda strolls leisurely on the tree trunk, which must be a beautiful scenery.

Perfect!

In addition to the tourist huts and animal houses, the final area of the red panda house is 330 square meters, and the consumption of green leaf coins is 15,000.

Absolutely great value.

"Hahahaha!" Fang Yezhi was complacent and laughed wildly, "Little cuties, let's live here happily in the future!"

Enjoyed the construction of the beautiful red panda pavilion for a while, and continued the design of other pavilions.

Fang Ye plans to save some green leaf coins to build the Wolf Pavilion, so the rest of the pavilions are ready to be flexible.

For example, peacocks do not need exhibition halls at all!

Although peacocks can fly, they are similar to chickens. Rather than flying, it is better to say that they are gliding.

And generally, they can't fly, they all walk on the ground, and only fly up to the treetops to hide when they encounter natural enemies.

So why keep them in a concrete iron cage, just enlarge the lawn, add a few bushes, and put a wooden fence around 30 to 40 centimeters high to limit it.

Peacocks can walk freely on the lawn, and tourists can watch without hindrance, happy on both sides.

Implementation costs are still low!

1 level of lawn only needs 1 green leaf coin, including the fence, 300 square feet will support 500 green leaf coins.

Another, although the blue peacock is beautiful, the breeding technology is very mature, and it is not afraid of any accidents.

If the green peacock is a national first-class protected animal, Fang Ye would not dare to do so, at least wait for the relevant supporting protection measures.

Otherwise, what if some stupid tourist runs into the lawn and wants to pull out the peacock's tail feathers?

Alpacas don't need pavilions either!

Tourists want to get close to animals, touch animals, and feed animals. These are normal emotional needs.

However, which animals can get close and how to get close requires the reasonable arrangement and guidance of the zoo.

Domestic or semi-domestic animals such as alpacas, sheep, pigs, and rabbits are the most suitable, with docile personalities and low aggressiveness. The entire "little ranch" can be used as a place to meet tourists' desire for intimate contact.

There was originally a children's playground in the zoo, with slides, trampolines, seesaws, etc. Isn't your zoo gimmicky?

It has also been abandoned for a long time, and pieces of rust have grown on the slides.

The location of that area is not bad, it is located at the back of the end of the circular tour route, and it is just right to put the "little ranch" there.

The amusement facilities are torn down and dragged away, and some sandy land and grassland are arranged.

In this way, the display of alpaca is also easily solved.
