Chapter 136 - Noob's Making An Uproar On The Forum - Part 1

Shen was resting under the Red Willow Tree to recover his stamina. He opened the window status to check his progress as he had been hunting the Chameleon Mamba for three hours. In those three hours, he managed to kill fifty-four Chameleon Mambas.

"Five million Exp, huh!?" Shen calculated the exp he managed to obtain from killing the snakes and the chicken. He still got more exp from killing the snakes. The only issue was how inefficient of him killing the Chameleon Mamba. He could only face one or two Chameleon Mamba at the same time.

Shen did not dare to take the risk to face more than two Chameleon Mamba because of their perfect camouflage. Fighting against the two Chameleon Mamba was hard enough. He had to make sure not to let the Chameleon Mamba use the camouflage since he had run out of the coloring liquid. However, thanks to the twenty jugs of coloring liquid, it helped him get used to fighting the Chameleon Mamba.

He had to hit the Chameleon Mamba, keeping the aggro on him, so the Chameleon Mamba did not use the camouflage to escape. It was hard at first, but he adapted quickly as he moved faster than the Chameleon Mamba. He was glad that the Chameleon Mamba never changed their attack pattern, so fighting against two of them at the same time was doable.

"I can't be greedy; two at once is good enough," Shen muttered in a low voice. "What should I do now? Should I return to get more coloring liquid or continue?" The coloring liquid was very useful as it would mark the snake. Even if they camouflaged, he could still see them, so it was easier to fight the Chameleon Mamba than without the coloring liquid.

"Nah, I am too far from the village. Let's play it safe and continue the hunting for now." He then took out the fried chicken and started to fill up his hunger while recovering the stamina. After regaining his stamina and filling up his hunger, Shen continued hunting.

Two hours passed, and he managed to kill twenty-one Chameleon Mamba. He almost got two million experience from twenty-one Chameleon Mamba. He wanted to continue, but he found a change of environment.

Ahead of him, the Red Willow Trees were denser and packed while the Red Willow tree behind him grew sparsely. Usually, two to three trees grew close to each other, and he would find another tree within twenty to forty meters apart. However, that was not the case for the area ahead of him.

The Red Willow Trees grew close to each other, two to three meters apart from one Red Willow Tree to another. From his experiences of hunting seventy-five Chameleon Mambas, at least, there was one Chameleon Mamba out of three Red Willows. That meant if twenty Red Willow trees were close to each other, there would be at least six Chameleon Mamba.

However, what if there were two Chameleon Mamba out of three Red Willow? That meant there were twelve Chameleon Mamba. After doing a quick calculation, Shen decided not to go further.

"I will just explore the sparsely Red Will Tree area and will continue to explore further if we form a party instead." Shen turned around and went to the unexplored area. The reason he continued to explore the area was to find Brother Lu Yao's herb. He did not find a single herb during the exploration, so he continued the hunting for another two hours before deciding to go back.

The group gathered at the usual table when he returned to the village. "You returned earlier, Shen." Dale waved his hand at Shen as he entered the village. Dale, Yue, ZhongL, Brother Lu Yao, Brother Jiang, and Zhen Zhen. Ming was not with them, and Shen waved his hand back at them.

"It's a lot harder to hunt this Chameleon Mamba without the coloring liquid." Shen recounted his experience of hunting the Chameleon Mamba as he joined them. "So, even though the attack pattern is obvious, their camouflage ability is quite troublesome. I have to be extra cautious when I fight them."

After telling his story, Shen took out the Red Willow Wood and handed it to Brother Jiang. "This is the Red Willow Tree you requested, Brother Jiang. I only cut three Red Willow …." He told Brother Jiang the reason why he only got Ming three Red Willow Trees.

"Twenty minutes for one tree?" Brother Jiang was surprised. "That takes longer than I thought. I tried to cut the tree outside our village, and I cut it in two minutes with my special ax."

"Maybe because of the different quality," Yue joined the discussion. "You specifically requested Red Willow and the other two trees because they are better in quality, right, Brother Jiang?"

"That's true." Brother Jiang, aka WealthyGuy, nodded his head understandingly. "Then I will make the arrow with the available materials, and I will tell Ming to cut the trees by himself." He then retrieved the wood and the ax. "Yue is right. The Ax's durability decreased a lot just to cut three trees. The Red Will Tree is harder to cut than the tree outside the village."

Brother Jiang put the ax into his inventory, and Shen shared his idea. "What about if we make a private group in the forum to share important information?" He did not forget about his discovery of the skill. After posting it in his personal account, he wanted to post the video in the private group for his friend for free.

"Brother Jiang and Brother Lu Yao can also post the materials you need on the forum, so we don't have to ask you each time I want to go out to explore. The other members can also help the production class to gather the materials when we go hunting." There was no way Shen would remember all the materials, such as herbs and particular trees, so he would have to ask them each time he wanted to go hunting.

The others looked at each other, but Shen obtained Brother Lu Yao and Brother Jiang's approval over the idea since they got the most benefit from creating a private group.

"That's a good idea, actually," Yue agreed with the idea, followed by the others. "I will have to log out now, so you guys can send your forum's account to me later, and I will add you guys into the group." Shen waved his hand at the others as he headed to his house.

"Where are you going, Shen? It's still too early to log out, no?" It was still two hours before the dark, so it was rare for Shen to log off earlier than usual.

"Ah, I promised Eunha to pick her up from the kindergarten," Shen replied as he stopped his steps. "I am going to Uncle Hou's stall for dinner. Do you want to join me, Dale?"

"I will not say no to free food," Dale grinned ear to ear.

Shen grabbed his phone as soon as he came out of the Gaming Capsule. It was still three-ten. "It takes me ten minutes of walking to the kindergarten." Since Eunha was not him, he could walk faster. "I have forty minutes to edit the video. That should be enough."

Shen returned to the Gaming Capsule and edited the video. There was not much to edit, actually. He just added an explanation into the video about his speculation of how to obtain a new skill. He just needed to take part he wanted from his recorded gameplay and started editing. It took him twenty minutes to finish the editing.

"Hmm, a three minute video. It's too short…." Shen then shook his head. "It does not matter how short the video is; what matters is the content."

He opened his Forum Account and typed the title for the video, [A Crucial Discovery by a Noob!!!]. "It's a decent title, I guess." He then pressed the upload button. The video was successfully uploaded in a few seconds.

[Waiting for the Administrator's approval!]

Shen set the price to unlock the video for ten Yuan, ten times more than the usual. He closed the notification and checked his personal account. To his surprise, he had seven million followers. Two million more followers than this morning, then he checked his previous two locked videos, and the view increased massively.

"Hehe, more money for me." Shen let out small laughter inside the gaming capsule. "I finished earlier, let's depart earlier." He then came out of the gaming capsule and went to pick up Eunha.
