Picking Up Beautiful Girls In The Post-Apocalyptic World!

Chapter 90 - I'll Never Forgive You For This, Han!

That night, the two of them didn't stop going at it till early into the next morning. They moved to the shower after a while and they even managed to do it there too. Han would be fine since his stamina was great but he could tell that Rin Woo would be walking funny for the next few days! He was even surprised that she could keep up with him for that many rounds!

No wonder she became an [Unchanged] instead of a zombie in the future. She was extremely strong even now!

The next morning. Han woke up before Rin and found a message that he had an interview with some news channel that he had to go for. Rin was the one that was supposed to tell him about it but she was still sleeping on his bed from last night and he didn't want to wake her up yet.

Should he go for this interview? It wasn't like it would affect him if he didn't! And besides he needed to go handle Regulus. It wasn't like that mad priest would wait for him to finish dealing with his company business first!

And Han also knew he had to pay a visit to Ren Corp soon. They would be expecting him of course but that did not mean he would tell them he was coming. So that company thought they could just poach him and go scot-free? They thought he would lie down like a dog and begin to call Hou Ren master!? They did not know what was going to hit them soon.

Han would make sure Ren Corp never recovered from the blow he would be dealing them!

He stood up from the bed and kissed Rin on the forehead before he grabbed his clothes and left the house. In the next hour, he was meeting Tao Long at the airport. He needed to leave to the border of City C.

..

Back in City C, Rin Woo suddenly got the call early that morning about the interview not even ten minutes after Han left. She looked at the time and screamed in shock! She woke up a little late because of last night! She had to hurry to get dressed and prepare!

When she didn't see Han in bed, she thought he must have already gone to the interview! He was such a diligent boss! But she was still sore from all that happened last night! She didn't even know how she was still standing at all!

She made her way to the interview area using the company car and then she went inside and waited for her boss to come out from wherever he was.

She waited...

And waited...

And waited...

...

Han's phone rang thirty minutes into his plane ride and he picked up calmly.

"Hello?"

"Where the hell are you!!!!?"

Han took the phone away from his ear as Rin Woo's shout threatened to defend him! She was not happy at all!

"Uh... I'm on a plane...."

"Where are you going to, Han!? Don't you know you have an interview with CCN today!? How can you just ignore the biggest news company in the city!"

Han chuckled slightly. He knew this was exactly how she would react! This was why he didn't want to tell her that he was going to miss the interview! She would just try her best to stop him!

"Don't be like this Han. I'm here alone and the interviewer is looking like I ran over his cat! Just come and take the interview!"

Rin was now sounding like she was begging. She did not like how all the staff of CCH were looking like they were angry. She knew she should've told Han about this interview last night! Maybe she would have had more time to convince him! Rin suddenly blushed as she remembered exactly why she couldn't tell him last night. Well... She wasn't at fault still! This Han should take responsibility!!

"There's something important that came up, Rin. I know you can handle it so I don't need to worry. I left something there to look after you so there will be no problems okay! I'll call you back later,"

Han quickly hung up the phone before Rin could shout at him again. Rin growled and stomped her foot. This boss of hers was going to be the worst one yet! She just knew it! And what was this husky doing here!? It was looking at her weird too! Go away! Go away! I don't even like dogs!

...

Han sighed and dropped the phone. He felt a little bad about just leaving Rin there but he needed to deal with this as soon as possible. It was a good thing that he left one of his two huskies there. They were the familiars he could see through with his clairvoyance, so he decided to leave one with Rin. His Clairvoyance ability was up to two miles so he should be able to see if there were any problems back there.

It wouldn't work if he went out of City C completely, but the dog was already quite strong. He didn't think anyone would try anything even though he wasn't there.

Tao Long looked at Han and wondered where they were going. He just got a call from his boss that morning saying they were going to the outskirts of City C and that he should bring a private plane for them.

Tao Long almost had a heart attack when he saw a huge sum of money dumped into his account. It was only when Han told him to use it and buy a plane for them that he finally relaxed. He was able to use Han's name to find a good dealer and got a plane quickly.

Now they were on their way to the destination that he still didn't know anything about. He was very curious.

"Boss, where are we going? You told me that we would be visiting somewhere inside city C, but you still didn't tell me where,"

Han waved his hand to stop the question. He didn't want to tell Tao Long where they were going yet because even he didn't know exactly where he was going. All he knew was that the area they used for that church before was somewhere on the outskirts of City C. He would have to deal with the where when he gets there.

"Just follow me for now, Tao Long. Don't you trust your boss anymore?"

"No, of course, I do, boss! I trust you!"

Han smiled slightly and looked outside the window of the plane. He had a lot of things rolling through his mind. He was cataloging and storing various possibilities for what exactly happened in the next five years to make the city end up like that.

Firstly he needed to deal with whoever it was that made the walls and sponsored the entire thing. Han couldn't believe that dirty priest managed to fund all of that on his own! He had to have some sort of backing! And then he would have to also find out where the virus came from. The Injection for the sermon on the walls were small doses of the virus and they had to be gotten from somewhere.

In fact, come to think of it, was the other man not late already. That useless benefactor that Han told to bring that drug a long time ago.

"Tao Long. Where is the contact of that benefactor? Have you spoken to him in the last few days?"

Tao Long immediately felt shock pass through him. He totally forgot about that man in the middle of the last week! Everything that happened was so much that he didn't think about remembering someone like that.

Tao quickly grabbed his phone and dialed the number.

[Sorry. The number you're calling is currently out of service. Please try again later]

Han narrowed his eyes as he heard this message. So it was either the man was ignoring them now or he was in trouble. Well, it wasn't like Han gave a damn about his life. But the drugs he had in his warehouse were not something they could just leave unattended.

Dammit, how was he going to do this? He needed to go see the estate at the edge of the city but he also needed to go see that damn benefactor.

Han sighed as his mind immediately came up with the answer he needed. If things went how he predicted, then it was possible he was going to be looking for a lot of drugs very soon! He needed to go see that damn benefactor.

"Reroute us, Tao Long. We're going to city A,"

Tao Long quickly stood up and went to talk to the pilot. Han would first make sure that all those drugs were fine before he went to dal with Regulus. He just hoped that what he feared was not coming to pass.

If that fake pries managed to get his hand on that drug.... Han didn't even want to think about what would happen. It would not be good!
