In addition to being reliable, an assistant director must possess some essential qualities such as being energetic, organized, and detail-oriented.

"When can we interview them, uncle?" Ian asked if he was available while trying to set a date on his schedule.

"Tomorrow if you can, if it's a male assistant, it's even better. I don't want you to mess around with someone like that, but focus on the project," Ian rolled his eyes, and Mason said with a wicked grin.

The main reason he found a new job was because of his mother's deteriorating health and her return to the United States from Canada. However, the moment Ian read every detail, he felt that this person seemed to be a perfect fit for the role.

The former director is a well-known Canadian personality and his recommendations include his energy, enthusiasm, impeccable organizational skills, and his attention to detail.
