Percy Jackson was chosen by Ian for several obvious reasons.

He wanted to create a large audience for Percy Jackson among adolescent teenagers.

The book is largely based on Greek mythology – it lacks attention in Ian's world.

He researched the interests of the younger generation and was disappointed that there were no books or stories dedicated to this young group.

The story behind the first book amused Ian in a way.

Although the original author was a teacher for many years, his students had asked him why he didn't write books.

Then it took him a few years and a bedtime story before he realized what he knew best about his audience.

The reason for starting writing was that his son asked his father to tell him stories about the Greek gods at a very young age.

At one point, Ian Iodan, the author of Ian's Percy Jackson world, exhausted this knowledge, and his son asked him to create new stories with existing characters.

Then after conceiving a story that took three nights to tell, Riordan adapted it into a series that reinvigorates a new generation of Greek mythology.

Later in 2005, he released the first book in the Percy Jackson and Olympia series, The Lightning Thief.

The novel features twelve-year-old Posey, who discovers not only that he is a demigod, but that his father is Poseidon.

The book was a huge hit, won several awards, and paved the way for spin-off series, film adaptations, and musicals.

What's even more interesting is how Leodan portrayed Percy as his son, Haley, early in the writing of the book.

Posey, like Hayley, is written as a young boy with ADHD and dyslexia.

Later, Riordan had some students read through his drafts, and many of them gave insights on how to write letters to children with these conditions.

Characters with dyslexia or ADHD are rarely found in many genres, and it creates a space for children and adults to feel seen.

As a result of all this, Ian realizes that over the course of his career, Riordan has taught an entire generation not only Greek mythology, but also how to be a better person and friend.

With his actions, he showed that "being a hero does not mean that you are invincible." It just means that you have to be brave enough to stand up and do what you need to do. Ian

, then typed Chapter 4 and closed the laptop.

"If I could, I would bring here what Riodane brought to my world. I'm sure a lot of people will like it. Ian thought, and walked down the stairs to catch up on sleep.

Ian and Mason walk down the hallway, holding the first chapter of Percy Jackson: The Lightning Thief in Mason's hands.

As soon as Ian woke up and decided to meet with Mason to get a head start, he thought of showing off the project he had set out to work on.

So, that same morning, he printed the first chapter so that Mason could give his opinion on the first draft.

The two walked to the front and opened the conference room, which was empty.

The voice echoed in the emptiness, but as soon as he entered, Mason began to talk about the literature in his hand.

"Percy Jackson, I read this chapter in the morning when you were busy with meetings, and honestly, you have a pretty good book right now, and the character itself is interesting, and I think it's going to get a lot of people to get the attention of teenagers," Mason said, placing the printed papers on the table.

"Yes, I've always wanted to write a lot after Resident Evil. So it's a good start, and the character of Percy Jackson is also interesting. It's funny enough for anyone to like the core of this character, he's kind, friendly, brave, and willing to risk his life to save his friends, strangers, and even his enemies, so basically it gives another character an open door for kids to look up to," Ian said, with a smile on his lips.

Since he started writing, he couldn't stop thinking about what kind of character he was, and he remembers how much he loved reading the book.

"Yes, I can't see all the features, but I can imagine that he is that kind of person. Honestly, this book is quite different compared to your previous books. It will attract more people and eyes to you," Mason said.

"Yes, even if it's a movie. My goal is to touch every possible genre and come up with new ideas – original. When I was writing, it was no different than that, and I hope to make this novel into a series with more books in it, and if anything, it will get better and better,"

discussed for a while, and several people began to fill it out.

Ian and Mason were fifteen minutes earlier than the scheduled meeting, but a lot of others came on time.

In just five minutes, their seats were full, some looking at the directors and presidents, others focusing on their own business.

About twenty people attended, and even Murphy sat in the corner of the room, his computer ready to record any notes Ian would say.

Every head of each department was invited to the meeting, and as this was a new chapter for the entire studio, Ian wanted to make sure everyone was on the same page and presented and explained his ideas and plans for the next step for Rena Studio – the main goal of the conference.

"Good afternoon, everyone, so I bet you already know why we're here again. Discuss the future, yes," Ian said, nodding in response to the board member's answer.

"So, before we do anything, let's focus on the past year. In the last two years, to be honest, the first film since I took over the studio was Home Alone. Then there was La La Land, where we also released Green Book, and last but not least Batman: The Mystery of the Shadows. We also get a profit from Lucifer, which is broadcast on LeoTV, so the profit we get from the movie is..."

"Home Alone... $500 million,

La La Land... $650 million

Lucifer... The $10 million

Green Book didn't make any money because of an agreement with a charity.

"Batman"... $350 million"

So, statistically, the net profit per film is, $485 million for Home Alone, $620 million for La La Land, and Green Book has no profit because every penny after the budget goes to charity, and in total... It will be $984 million. Thus, after deducting taxes and all other factors, it will amount to $864.8 million, of which 90% will go to film investment.

That being said, I want to use the money to invest in more films and more aspects of the industry.

As for the part other than the movie, I'm still thinking about it and I'll let you know as soon as possible.

But until then, we need to talk more about where we are now.

Today's meeting is focused on planning for the future, so before this meeting, Mason, I and Murphy had a full discussion on this issue, and I asked Murphy to do a presentation, and he did a great job. So, here we go,"

an instant, the projector turned on, and a huge white light shot out of the box made the presentation visible to all, making things clearly visible on the computer screen, appearing on the wall.

Ian, who had adjusted his presentation, stood in front of it and began to elaborate his thoughts on his New Year's resolutions.

"We should have done it at the beginning of the year, but we all know how busy I was filming Batman. In any case, what we need to focus on at the moment is getting better from where we are. I know, before I came here, the studio did a great job a few years ago, but we just won two Oscars, and it's a whole new genre.

In my opinion, the fans' perception and opinion of us has changed drastically. I bet everyone else will admit it. Anyway, we need to focus on the upcoming

sequels, collaborations, innovations, and other projects that I plan to do this year, and for that..." [during

the meeting]"As for future projects, my current idea is to do the second film in the Batman series, Home Alone 2, and I'll schedule a meeting to have more discussions with Kubo Pictures"

All of these are sequels to the projects we've already started. Of course, I have more original ideas that fans can fall into," Ian said, looking at the people who had been staring at him.

"It's a great idea. Create a franchise for the films we started and continue to expand the fan base, if anything. It will even create a good reputation, considering that we are going to finish what we started," one woman exclaimed

"Yes, exactly, and for new ideas..."The

meeting went on for a few more minutes, and Ian even discussed the upcoming project and what the team could expect to provide.

Finally, he mentions one important thing that they all have to keep in mind – that is

, "Now, what's the problem?" Ian asked, as two men raised their hands.

-

A few days have passed after the meeting, and Ian has finished writing half of the book Percy Jackson: The Lightning Thief.

Since he started writing, he understands why, in his world, teenagers are obsessed with the series.

The main thing is that the writing is good and the plot is interesting.

"Hey, uncle," Ian said as he walked into Mason's office.

"Ian, come in," Ian

sat where he usually sits, checking the papers on Mason's desk.

Some are financial-based, and some are just from previous projects.

Everything was detailed and complete, which made Ian smile slightly and think that things were going well.

"So, young man, I didn't see you after the meeting, where did you go?" asked Uncle Mason.

As soon as the meeting was over, Ian went home to write the book he had started writing.

After exhausting hours in the media, movies, and parties, he wanted to take a break before starting his next movie, which is why he came to visit Uncle Mason in the first place.

"I'm writing this book, uncle. I want to finish it as soon as possible because the reputation of my name is very high these days, considering how many people enjoy this movie. The thing is, I received information on how many people clicked on my personalized website, including social media, and how many people were searching for me. Digit...... You'd be surprised if you saw it," Ian said with a laugh, as he had never been so famous.

"Oh, I bet. How's the book going?" asked Mason.

"Halfway through this writing, I'll talk to the publisher as soon as possible. Also, Steven came to me the other day and asked me if I had any ideas for a new book, and he said how could any other book besides mine not have this potential

" "Of course, kid. I doubt there will be. Mason hinted at something Ian couldn't understand for a moment.

"Also, uncle... I've been thinking about taking a break. I mean...... I just want to relax—away from prying eyes," Ian said, and Mason nodded.

"Yes, you deserve it, and tell me when you come back, but until then, we'll discuss—

" "Excuse me, can I come in?" Murphy's voice came from behind him, and both Ian and Mason looked back.

"Come in, Murphy. What's going on?" Ian asked, as Murphy would never interrupt a conversation between Ian and Mason unless it was too important.

This has never happened before, but this is the first time.

So Ian quickly answered Murphy.

"There's a new article about the studio, sir. It's a tabloid," Murphy said, holding out his hand to a tablet with a tabloid article on it.

"What is it?" asked Mason.

"The Hollywood edition of The Sunday Times is hot, you can check it out when I read it," Ian said, starting to read the tabloids.

Mason quickly looked from the laptop on the table.

Ian began reading tabloids, which were headlined "Goofy and Reina's Studios Try to Work Together".

Goofy can be considered the Disney of this world, with a huge scale of enterprises that have attracted trillions of eyes around the world.

Goofy started 25 years ago, and since then, the main business has been cartoons, movies, and an OTP channel and thousands of films, including the distribution rights to them.

Goofy is arguably one of the most influential companies to work with in the world.

There are a lot of things mentioned in this article.

Just like all the other articles out there, it has the achievements of Rainer Studios and a lot of descriptions of Ian Rayner's past and present.

After reading it for a while, there was a twist in the middle of the tabloid that Ian didn't expect.

"There are already rumors that the world-famous company Goofy will work with Reina Studios.

Rumors explain that it is likely to be a partnership, and Goofy's CEO, Jonathan Kyle, has already had discussions with Ian Renner.

This is most likely because Ian Renner has turned Hollywood upside down since he started managing his father's company, Renner Studios.

He created a film that won two Oscars and caught the eye of powerful companies including Goofy.

As far as we know, Jonathan Kyle has never been the kind of person who would make arrangements with newcomers in the industry.

If anything, we've seen Goofy work with other studios like Cool Wave, Lei Yuan Pictures, R&R, and Dingtian.

All of these studios have earned the glory of the industry by sacrificing years of hard work.

However, what will happen in the future remains a mystery. It can't be—'

What is this, uncle?do you know about it???," Ian asked as he read the whole tabloid.

"Uh, no, I'll tell you as soon as I knew, and I'll arrange it if necessary, I'll find a director I know and have been working for a long time. "Give me ten minutes," Mason said, getting up from his chair and picking up his phone.

"No, it's okay, don't call, what the company wants, I'll find it myself, I want to see where this thing goes." Ian frowned and walked out of the office, thinking about other plans.

-

"Hello, Steven? Yes, it's me, Ian, how are you doing?" Ian asked.

Ian contacted the publisher of Etas Culture, who also published the first edition of Ian's first book, Resident Evil. Steven hopes Ian will come up with a new idea to attract more readers, as something has happened to the publishing company lately.

Since the publication of Resident Evil, Steven has not found any other book with such potential, nor has there been a book that has such a captivating audience. All of the books they've published since then have been almost unsuccessful, but he found none to be creative.

"Ian, I've been great. Does your voice sound crisp, good news, kid?" Steve asked with the same enthusiasm as Ian's.

Listening to Steven's guess, Ian chuckled at the corner of his mouth.

"That's right, so I've been working on this book for a few days. And I'm pretty sure I can finish the first draft by the end of the week," Ian said.

"That's good news, Ian. Can you tell me what this book is about?" Steven asked rhetorically.

"Yes, of course. Once you read the story, you will understand the whole story and understand the story well, but for now to stop your curiosity, I will explain its theme. So, "Percy Jackson: Lightning Thief", that's the name. The book is based on Greek mythology. "

Hmm," Steven snorted at the thought.

So, Percy struggled to reconcile with his newfound identity. He spent most of his childhood believing that he was an ordinary child abandoned by his father. However, it will be a fantasy book aimed at teenagers. I'm making sure that this book will be loved by people of all ages, but the idea and writing style will be perfect for teenagers," Ian said.

"Great, Ian. When can we meet? I really like the idea. Greek mythology is an untouched subgenre, and it can even create more fun for people to read it," Steven said.

The question Ian always wanted to ask was when they could date, and Steven, hearing his thoughts, asked the question himself.

"Next week?" Ian asked, wanting to confirm.

"Yes, of course. I'll send an email to schedule a meeting for Monday, and I'm really looking forward to seeing you, Ian. Have a nice day," Steven said and hung up.
