Things have changed too much compared to those times. Now, a small organization controls too many people and land just because they have a bunch of origin-level beings in their hands.

Blar knows that if Blue Bird Empire existed before when the times of Ancel Clan were still active, they would be classified as a small organization and controlled by a middle-level organization, which controls more than 100 small organizations and has the same amount of power as Blue Bird Empire.
