Supreme Origin: Time King

One week later.

After breakfast, Elijah was leaving the inn as he saw a female figure waiting for him at the entrance.

"Hello miss, may i know your name?" Despite knowing the name of the person who was waiting for him, he still had to feign ignorance or she could be suspicious about him.

"Well, you can call me Aina. I had seen the fight earlier between you and Keith days ago and i came here to see you from close, and you really seem more mysterious than i thought." While talking, she would casually reveal some of her skin and Elijah could smell the fragrance of flowers coming from her. Just as his mind was beginning to feel heavy, spiritual force rushed out the silver-white tower clearing his mind and soul as the memories from his dream had resurged on his head.

In his dream, Elijah was only an ordinary man without cultivation. Naturally, none of the girls on Copper Town or in the Royal City would give him any favours and even if they did, he continued to cultivate, not caring for anything because he could not bear the thought of just being a mere mortal for the rest of his life, he wanted more. It wasn't until he give up cultivation and go be an village chief that he had the chance to come in contact with Aina and fall in love, even after killing her on the dream he could clearly feel how sad the Elijah on the dream was feeling. The only thing he wanted to know was what would happen after meeting Chloe on the crater.

"I thank Miss Aina's good intentions for coming all the way here to meet me, but I think there must be another reason since you would not come here just to introduce yourself." Elijah said, feeling astonished at the new use of spiritual force to calm down the mind and soul.

She couldn't help feeling resentful for him not giving atention to her advances. Her eyes suddenly turned sharp, bursting with charm, and spoke in a soft voice: "Well, there is goind to happen an expedition in a few days to a new ruins that we managed to find, each faction has been given five places to explore the ruins, i came here to offer you one of my faction's places for you to come with us, what do you think?"

Before saying anything, Elijah send a mesage to Shadow: "Master, what should i do?"

"Just accept her offer, this would be a good chance to know more about Cosmos. And with me here you won't need to worry."

"Okay, i accept. When it will be this expedition?" Elijah calmly said as they shaked hands

"We'll meet at the City's main entrance 5 days from now, at 5 o'clock in the morning."

Aina looked at Elijah's back who was currently walking away, and she could not help but reveal a playful smile on her face. 'This guy sure is interesting, let's see how many secrets he has.'

While constant practising the [Supreme Origin Art] together with his [World Devouring Technique] Elijah's body, spiritual force and elemental energy has been rapidly rising. From the tests he made, his body talent has raised to 4 which was already one tier higher that before. He also belived that in less than two months time, he would be able to reach the second realm once again.

In those 5 days, Elijah would drink one Dual Attribute Refining Potion that Shadow had made for him, and then he would soak himself in a medicinal liquid made by Shadow that allowed his blood pill to receive the maximum nourishment.

Other than this, Elijah also trained saveral ways of fighting using his Stellar Copper Hand and read spell books so his arsenal would be more variated.

On the expedition day.

Aina and bunch of people had already been waiting at the city's main entrance.

Other than Aina, he saw that Keith and his two followers were also present as well as people of several diferent races. Aina belongs to the Faction Cosmos, while Keith belongs to the faction called Air Force. As everyone here known each other since they were little, Elijah was the only outsider that has came to the expedition making everyone look at him.

"You also came?" Keith looked at Elijah with astonishment. In this expedition, each faction was given five places and from what he knew, Elijah didn't have any Faction behind him. So, when did Elijah come in contact with someone that would give him a place on this expedition? It seems that he really had underestimated Elijah.

"You are finaly here, i had waited so... so long."Aina showed an big smile as she pulled Elijah with her. Elijah's eye contracted as waves of fragrance penetrated his nose while she maintained a distance of one step away from him.

Seeing as Elijah walking over and the way Aina was treating Elijah, one of the people behind Aina was with a very gloomy face. Earlier on when he tried find Aina to explain why she would call an outsider to come with her, she only looked coldly at him and walked away. And now, seeing she oppen a smile the moment she saw Elijah, it causing him to feel depressed.

"Since you came on your own to die, then don't blame others!" The man behind Aina ruthlessly thought while talking to one of his friends who threw a quickly glance at Elijah and walked away from him.

On the Dark World, Shadow sneered in her heart as this guy's action and thoughts were completely seen by her.

"Why there's always those small flies that thought themselves to be better than others and want tokill someone for a idiot reason just to end as an stepping stone for the person they wanted to kill to become stronger like what happens in the novels."
