The demons under them were screaming as they missed their prey by a hairs length, once they covered enough distance Night immediately lowered himself and deactivated his skill causing him to crash land while he held Shade, of course, it wasn't because he ran out of mana, it was more due to the fact that Night found it arduous to maintain the skill for such a long time, it was his first time and the fact that he managed to even fly more than 1cm of the ground could be considered impressive, let alone flying high while carrying someone.

"Anyway, it's time for a short story, join me for a bit," she said with a smile before consuming everyone there into her domain.
