Villain Is on Vacation

The season of spring had arrived, and it was a beautiful day to enjoy the blooming cherry blossoms.

The roads were lined with the fully bloomed cherry blossom trees, and as you walked by, a gentle breeze would brush past, causing the petals to float in the air. The sight was quite breathtaking under the clear light blue sky.

The stunning view of the cherry blossoms attracted many people to leave their homes and take a stroll.

Couples walked hand in hand, admiring the beauty around them, while families gathered in the park to enjoy a picnic.

The atmosphere was lively, and some people were singing and playing music, adding to the festive mood.

Nearby the park, there was a lake that added to the serene beauty of the area.

The surface of the water was covered with delicate flower petals, making it a mesmerizing sight to behold.

Despite the beauty of this scene, only one boy was there to witness it.

A boy sat on the shore of the lake, propping his chin with his hands, deep in thought. He wore a languid expression on his face, lost in contemplation.

His hair was jet black, with a slight brownish tint, and fluttered gently in the light breeze.

His black eyes were piercing, with a depth that could draw anyone's interest, despite his young age of 4-5 years. One could easily predict that he would grow up to be a handsome man in the future.

However, his peaceful solitude was soon interrupted by the lively voice of a girl. "Hey, Rain, let's play!" she exclaimed, breaking his concentration.

The boy's eyebrows twitched, and he looked slightly annoyed at the interruption. He had been enjoying some quality time with his thoughts, and he didn't want to be disturbed.

"Nah, I'd like to spend some time alone, Kaya. Please leave me be, you are invading my private space." Rain said firmly, without even turning to look at her.

Upon hearing his refusal, the small girl Kaya puffed her cheeks in frustration. "Geez. Then be alone, let's go somewhere else, Emma," she said, taking Emma's hand and trying to lead her away to play elsewhere.

"Kaya, we can't just leave him alone like this," Emma said, stopping Kaya in her tracks.

"But he just said he wants to be left alone," Kaya replied, tilting her head in confusion. She didn't understand why Emma was insisting on bothering Rain, who she knew nothing about.

Emma remarked, "Mama said we shouldn't leave anyone feeling left out. Guys like him tend to become introverted as they grow up." She gestured with her finger towards Rain.

Curiously, Kaya asked, "What does 'introverted' mean?"

"I'm not entirely sure, but Mama said it's not a good thing to be like that. So, we should try to include him. Otherwise he will end up becoming introvert." explained Emma.

With determination, Emma approached Rain and struck up a conversation.

Meanwhile, Emma's and Rain's parents observed the interaction from afar, admiring the compassion and kindness of the children.

"Hey." Emma nervously called out to Rain. She was shy as it was her first time speaking to a stranger of the opposite gender with a same age group.

Angrily, Rain turned his face and snapped, "Didn't I tell you not to disturb me?"

But as he was about to shout in anger, he realized that it wasn't Kaya who had approached him. Instead, he saw a small girl with pink hair pigtails looking up at him with fear in her eyes.

Although Emma was frightened by Rain's outburst, she bravely spoke up. "I just wanted to talk with you. You looked quite lonely." She said in low voice. However it was audible to Rain.

Rain was taken aback by her words. He didn't like crowded places or interacting with many people, so he always spent his time alone. But no one had ever taken the initiative to talk to him before.

"Really?" Rain was confused. He wondered if he truly looked lonely.

Rain's response left Emma speechless, but she nodded in agreement.

Rain then asked, "What do you suggest I do?"

Emma was taken aback and took a moment to think before suggesting, "Why don't we become friends? You'll have someone to talk to." She extended her hand towards Rain.

"Sure, let's be friends forever," Rain replied, shaking Emma's hand.

A smile bloomed on Emma's face revealing her small teeth and few flower petals fell onto her head.

Rain was mesmerized by the scene, and his heart started to beat faster.

Lost in his thoughts, Rain suddenly felt Emma grab his hand and pull him towards Kaya.

Caught off guard, Rain's heart started to race. He never expected the shy girl to take his hand like this.

As they walked towards Kaya, Rain's mind raced with questions. "What should I do? I don't even know her name. Should I pull my hand back? But wouldn't that be rude? Do friends hold hands like this?"

Finally, they arrived where Kaya was standing, and Emma waved her hand towards her.

Emma spoke with enthusiasm, "See, I brought him, and we even became friends!"

Rain was still lost in his thoughts when Kaya tapped his shoulder, bringing him back to reality.

"Huh? Where did that girl go?" Rain asked, confused.

"Geez. Brother Rain, you're quite biased. When I called you, you didn't come.

But not only you came, you even became friends with someone you just met," Kaya said, folding her arms and staring at Rain.

"It's different," Rain replied nonchalantly.

"Okay, but do you even know her name?" Kaya asked, causing Rain to look at Emma with a puzzled expression, hoping she could answer.

Emma realized that she had gotten ahead of herself and had not even introduced herself properly. She held her ears and made a sorry expression, feeling embarrassed.

Observing their behavior, Kaya guessed what had happened and shook her head in frustration. "As expected from both of you," she said.

Emma and Rain both looked down, feeling ashamed of their actions.

"Okay, let me introduce both of you properly," Kaya suggested.

She pointed towards Rain and said, "This is my brother, Rain."

Then she pointed towards Emma and said, "And this is my best friend, Emma."

Rain mumbled Emma's name, trying to remember it properly

Kaya called out to Rain, "Hey, Brother Rain!"

"Yes?" Rain answered, still lost in thought.

"Now that you're here, let's play together," Kaya suggested, her face lighting up with happiness.

Rain frowned, thinking that he should return to his place. But when he saw Emma, he had a strange desire to stay.

"Okay," he agreed reluctantly in the end.

Charles and Carla were happy to see their son playing happily with others. They had been worried that he would not have any close friends.

"So, what are we going to play?" Rain asked curiously, as he rarely played with other people.

"Let's play House-House," Kaya suggested, smiling brightly.

Rain froze on the spot. He did not like that game at all.

"Maybe I should really go back to my usual place," he thought to himself.
