The question caught Nowrry off guard. Earlier he despised Jane for killing her mother but after hearing about Aris sacrifice for his family, he was speechless. No words could explain what he was thinking. Complex emotions and feelings shrugged inside him. After a long time, he finally spoke.

[Good or bad, it's always our actions that defines our life. Sure our environment plays a role in it but the way we solve our situations is the main deal.]

[Huamns are already complex and so is their way of thinking. I don't want to speak much about it]

Noworry just shrugged it off.

Severus noticed his annoyed expressions and he felt like squashing his beak. Noworry looked utterly cute when he was annoyed, however, he didn't dare to call him cute on his face otherwise, the lord will become furious to death.

"Yeah, they are complex. That's how her father died and with this our hope to extract information about the second survivor is gone, since Aris is dead."

A certain bird sulked and Severus' mouth twitched when he saw his antics.

"I guess the only one who can clarify about this situation is that old man"

Severus was speechless.

"Sure. Like we can" Severus threw a sarcasm.

Noworry immediately understood what Severus meant but his thick skin came to his rescue.

He just ignored Severus' comment.

"Oh, yea. You didn't notice it but there was always a talisman on her neck. After reading the book I thought I lost the talisman since we killed her previously but when I came here and dug the soil, I noticed Jane's presence here. Thanks to my Psychometry. Her evil intention were all over the field. later when she showed herself I noticed that she was wearing a Talisman and I immediately joined the points. It definitely was the same talisman. When she attacked me earlier, I tried to snatch her Talisman without notice. I didn't fight with her, not because I was weak but it was because I was busy concentrating on that Talisman."

The bird disdained as he replied [and here I thought you were going to die]

Severus just shrugged it and continued." Well, the entire fight I concentrated on the talisman and shockingly I was able to read memories from it. There actually were specks of blood in her Talisman and you could guess whose blood it was…."

[No I can't guess.]

"It was her mother's. It was two years old dried blood. She killed her mother two years ago mercilessly to gain devil powers and she succeeded in it. She used her evil powers on her friends and thus she became corrupted. However, this had its own after-effects which affected her too. She started aging fastly. Within 2 years she aged 20 years of her life and her old disease relapsed."

[You didn't even tell about her disease. How am I supposed to know what is her relapse when I don't know what was her previous disease?]

"Didn't I?"

Noworry shook his head in denial.

"It's dissociated identity disorder"

Speaking in medical language, It is a disorder which deals with multiple personality disorder. It is a severe form of dissociation, a mental process that produces a lack of connection in thoughts, memories, feelings, actions. or sense of identity. It may be caused by some childhood trauma experienced by someone. Because of her disorder, Jane developed a split personality. One side of her personality was all good and she behaved like a human girl but the other was insane. She was a little monster who feared nothing. The black magic inside her blood relapsed after her father's death. May be due to extreme sadness and despair it relapsed."

[This means Aris sacrifice went in vain]

"You could say so. Everything went south and day after day her personality turned more menacing and cruel until that day she killed her mother and used her as a sacrifice. She turned into a complete monster that day and her other personality dominated her human self. Later when she calmed down and saw what she had done she broke down. She cried the entire night and survived fits of her disorder and at last, she turned into a hideous personality. To save herself from the questions of everyone she disguised herself as her mother. Everyone was aware that Jane was a lone girl who hardly ever came out of her house except for school but her mother was not like that. She used to go out and work thus everyone was bound to question her diss-appearance. After her cruel personality dominated on her self, she accepted her fate and started living as her mom. So everyone in the village was unaware of the fact that the old lady which they all were mistaking for Jane's mother was Jane herself."

"I have to applaud for her acting skills. She fooled the entire village"

[Severus if I was in a human form then I surely would have goosebumps all over my body. This is so scary and strange. Can you hurry up? I want to go to the main palace as soon as I can.]

Severus laughed when he herald Nowrry. "My, my, and what makes you think that the people inside the main palace are less scary than Jane?"

Noworry skin crawled under his feather. It was true. The bigger is the reputation of a man, the bigger is his wardrobe filled with skeletons.

[Meh…..]

"Don't worry. Everything is finished now about Jane. Congratulation Noworry we at leat finished one of the conspiracies"

[Ha!]

[You are right. I am so proud of myself]

Severus knew that his narcissism won't go ever.

"Hard life. Rest in peace Cheya family"

Like a gentleman, Severus offered his prayers for the Cheya family. It was illogical to harp about what went wrong and what was the right thing to do? Since he reached toa end now he didn't bother anymore with Jane. 

Severus had seen enough in his previous life but he can't help but be shocked with every passing event as he discovers a new face of humanity. 

I wonder whether I am right or wrong. If I see things from other people's perspectives then I am in wrong however if I see it from my perspective, I am the one who has been wronged. The entire game of what is right and what is wrong is just filled with mystery. No matter how much I try, I can't make a justifiable judgment. 

Severus thought quietly.

Severus walked in a trance as he thought about the concept of right and wrong. 

It was noworry who shook him when he noticed that he was in a daze.

[What happened Severus?]

[Thinking about something?]

"Yea I am"

[Care to tell?]

"Concept of right and wrong"

Nowrry laughed hard.

[Don't talk like those elders Severus. You are too young to think about this stuff]

Severus didn't deny Noworry but he still said his part." Maybe it's an old man's talk but that's the problem with everyone. No one wants to talk about the real problem and when someone talks about it, they just shove them by saying Old man's talk"

[Stop thinking about Jane and Cheya's family. Whatever happened to them was their destiny. Learn from their mistakes and try to never commit them in the future. That's the only thing you can do for them, Severus]

Severus gave some thought to noworry words and finally sighed.

Maybe he was right

We should try to simplify things in our life not complexify.

Severus and noworry went quiet. Each of them was having different thoughts about the same situation. Severus didn't felt anything and it surprised him. Remorse, anger, sadness, he felt nothing. As a human, he should feel those emotions but surprisingly he didn't felt any. He wondered whether it was a good thing or not but didn't dwelve in deep.
