Blackstone Code

1832 Cooperation is still necessary

"Gentlemen, the acting Prime Minister of Gaevra just called me. He hopes that we can support some of their fighter jets and pilots."

"I know this is very difficult for you, but I still want to ask, can we do it?"

Sitting in Mr. Treman's office were people from the Department of Defense and the Air Force.

The current situation in Gefra is very bad. The Pengeo people played a trick. Although they lost nearly half of their fleet, they firmly grasped the air superiority extending to the southeast of Gefra's island.

And as time goes by, it will slowly cover the entire Gefra Island!

Once no fighter jets can take off in Gafra, Pengeo's bombers will arrive in the sky above Gafra and carry out carpet bombing on this island country!

There is no doubt about this. There is never any humanity in war.

When the controller of a war starts talking about human nature and morality, it means that he is on the disadvantaged side.

But this is not what they really need to do. They just hope to seek more assistance from the international community in this way.

The Pengeo people do not talk about human nature. They are the invaders and the initiators of evil wars. They will refute these accusations at the beginning.

But later I didn’t care at all, I didn’t even protest, I just accepted it as acquiescence.

Whether you admit it or not, you still have to fight. Enemies will not become their allies just because they refute these views.

Likewise, their allies will not become their enemies just because they have these accusations.

After all, even if there is a storm of public opinion, it cannot shake the boulder!

The only thing that can break a boulder is something harder than it!

Originally, Mr. Trueman didn't really want to support Gaevra. They had been holding the Federation back during this war.

But considering that this was ultimately related to Gaevra's life and death, he felt that he should give them a hand.

But after he finished speaking, the whole office was silent.

Mr. Trueman frowned, "Why don't you speak?"

He is a very direct person and says what he says.

The people from the Air Force looked at the people from the Ministry of National Defense. The officers of the Ministry of National Defense stood up bravely and said, "Mr. President, we also suffered heavy losses in the Niujiao Strait."

"If we mobilize some of our spare fighters and pilots to support Gaevra..."

He lowered his head and did not dare to look at Mr. Trueman, let alone look him in the eyes. "Then all the efforts we have made so far will be wasted!"

These words were not difficult to understand, and Mr. Trueman immediately grasped the key point, "You are saying that we lost too many air forces in the Oxhorn Strait, right?"

"No one told me this, I don't even have an accurate number, what are you doing?!"

His tone was a bit serious, and the officer of the Ministry of National Defense quickly explained, "We were planning to make a summary report this afternoon, but..."

What he meant was that he was summoned before he could report.

Mr. Trueman glanced at him for a moment. "Tell me, how bad are we?"

The officer first handed a document to Mr. Trueman's assistant, which then appeared on his desk, and then the officer explained.

"So far we have shot down and destroyed more than 1,700 enemy aircraft..."

Mr. Trueman interrupted him very rudely. He also didn't like people from the Department of Defense.

They always like to play some word games and have no military style at all. Of course, this has something to do with the nature of their work. They are responsible for administrative work!

The officer was a little embarrassed, but he continued, "We lost one thousand, three hundred and seventy-one aircraft. This number may increase later..."

"So many?" Mr. Trueman's tone was full of confusion and doubt, as well as some disbelief.

"I remember our battle loss rate was not so high before!"

Although there were big losses in the past, basically the loss of an aircraft often brought nearly twice the profit. Now just looking at the numbers, the two are very close!

The officer's explanation was also very clear, "We reported before that the Pengeo people used a new type of fighter jet, and the performance gap between us is no longer that big."

"Now we can still have a relative advantage because our pilots are relatively mature in flight technology."

"If we provide backup aircraft and pilot support to Gaevra, then we must give up the fight for air supremacy over the Niujiao Strait."

"This also means that these losses are in vain!"

The officer also emphasized his tone, "The Pengeo people's production capacity is not weaker than ours. Even because of their royal coordination, the peak output of aircraft may be higher than ours."

"Their aircraft are being continuously transported to the front line. Once we have a gap period, the advantage we have now will soon be wiped out."

In a word, impossible!

After hearing this, Mr. Trueman could no longer relax his brows, "Didn't I remember that I gave Lynch and the others a new order?"

“How long will it take to fulfill these orders?”

"Also, I remember we had more aircraft in reserve, why are they all gone now?"

Mr. Trueman had previously heard a report that the total number of fighter jets currently in use by the federal military exceeds 4,000, and Lynch still has about 1,500 in stock.

Now we have only lost less than 1,500 aircraft. There is no reason why there will be a problem of poor turnover.

The officer of the Ministry of National Defense gave a more official answer, "Mr. President, have you forgotten the arms sales contract we signed with the World Development Council..."

Mr. Trueman slapped his forehead, and he remembered!

More than 20 countries, ranging from dozens to hundreds of aircraft, not only exhausted Lynch's inventory, but even ordered 500 of them from the military.

The officer continued to add, "Of the remaining fighter jets, some are used locally for defense. Mariro deployed about a hundred of them, and the Midway plan occupied about six hundred."

"We also supported 300 aircraft in Amelia..."

"So now we really don't have much left."

The air force is developing too fast. Previously, the military believed that maintaining a fleet of 3,500 fighter jets would be enough to meet current needs.

But in fact, this is obviously an underestimate of the capabilities of Pengeo's man-made aircraft!

They actually blocked the national destiny on the plane, and countless factories were manufacturing frantically. This is also the most special place in Penjieo, a feudal country.

Power belongs to the royal family and the nobility, and they can hand over production technology to all capable enterprises without reservation, allowing them to produce for themselves during wartime.

After the war is over, they will take back the power of production and sales, and kill anyone who dares to reach out, so they don't need to bear the risk of leaking the process.

Even if someone masters all the technologies and processes, there is still no way to produce them in their country.

And if it goes to overseas production, the cost may be higher than the internal production of the Pengjiao Empire, so there is a possibility of outflow, but it is of little significance!

This is different from the Federation. Military industrial companies are actually monopoly groups, and only they can produce their flagship products.

For example, Ancock's tanks and the armor-piercing projectiles produced by Lynch authorized them. They might be able to make similar ones from another factory, but it would be difficult to catch up in terms of performance.

Coupled with the deepening of military cooperation and the deepening of personal relationships, as long as there is no absolute advantage in performance, it will be difficult for latecomers to replace Ankok Industries as the supplier of military tanks.

Same goes for fighter jets.

The fighter jets currently produced by Blackstone Aviation have the best performance. The performance of the fighter jets produced by Lanying Airlines can only be said to be average, and those of other small companies are even less good.

For the military, they have no choice. As long as Lynch's conditions are not excessive, they must agree!

This kind of monopoly business is easy to do, has technical thresholds, is unique and irreplaceable!

Now that Pengeo is building airplanes like crazy, the Federation must keep up, and eventually it will have to place a big order for Lynch!

The colonel from the Air Force suddenly stood up at this time, "Mr. President,... the Lieutenant General believes that in order to ensure that our tactical and strategic plans can be implemented smoothly and that we have sufficient response capabilities."

"The Air Force alone should have more than 10,000 fighter jets. Based on what we know so far, at least dozens of aircraft are produced every day from Pengeo's factory."

"No matter whether we continue to advance into their hinterland in the future, we must ensure that our air power will not be lower than that of the Pengeo Air Force!"

Mr. Trueman rubbed his temples, picked up the phone, and dialed Lynch's number.

Lynch himself was a little surprised when the call came at this time, "Is there anything you need me to do?"

His words were very direct, and Mr. Trueman was not polite, "Now that your assembly line is open for production, how many fighter jets can you produce every day, the latest model!"

Lynch was stunned for a moment. He immediately realized that a big order was coming. He didn't answer randomly. He hung up the phone first and called the Blackstone Aviation Production Department. Then he dialed Mr. Trueman's number.

"I learned about it. With the current production capacity, we can produce twenty-five aircraft per day."

"Too few!" Mr. Trueman's business was obviously very dissatisfied. "If you at least double your production capacity and produce fifty aircraft per day, I will give you a super large order."

"But you have to get it done quickly, you understand?"

Fifty aircraft a day is equivalent to 1,500 aircraft a month. In fact, the order that could be delivered to the Ministry of National Defense in three months was actually enough. Lynch felt that the production capacity was sufficient.

But now it seems that the Air Force may have suffered huge losses.

He thought for a while and said, "Of course, but I have to pay some more money first. I need to buy an assembly line, build a factory and hire workers, which all takes time."

Mr. Trueman sighed, "Give you one week. We have to be able to put it into production in one week. We don't have much time!"

Lynch asked tentatively, "Can you tell me approximately how many planes are needed?"

"No less than five thousand!"
