"I welcome you home, my child"

"Mother!?"

"Yes, my child. I am here…", the naked gigantic green-haired woman slowly turned smaller and smaller.

"You can finally rest from your long adventure. You may have many titles, The Hero, The Great Spirit, but do know, that you are first and foremost, my child", the woman said as she landed directly in front of Silbern, her size now resembling that of a normal human.

This silver-haired boy… is the Great Spirit!? Ilrina could not help but cover her mouth as thoughts started to race in her mind. Then who was Viel!? And why did he appear from the mysterious ring of light!? Her thoughts, however, were disrupted by Silbern's bellows.

"Mother!", Silbern embraced her mother tightly as tears started to fall from his face, "I…I knew you were alive…mother!"

The woman smiled as she caressed her child's silver hair. She then looked at each of the people that were present, she felt something weird at first, but she ignored it as her gaze stopped at Princesses Sofia and Ilrina.

"Greetings, so you are the wives and companions of my child", the woman spoke, "I am Mirella, you may know me as the Earth Goddess. For accompanying my son through his adventures, I thank you", said the woman as she slightly bowed her head towards them.

Hearing the woman's last words, Ilrina quickly fell to her knees and bowed towards her.

"Winning against the demon kind is not an easy feat. For this triumph, I shall reward you…", the Earth Goddess paused. She then turned her attention towards Silbern, who was quietly sobbing in her embrace.

"… I shall reward you…", Earth Goddess Mirella furrowed her eyebrows as she repeated her words, "…the greatest rewa-"

Before she could finish her words, Earth Goddess Mirella grabbed Silbern's crying face, "Why are you so young!?", she shouted.

"M-mother!", But the only response that she got from Silbern was another hug. Mirella knitted her eyebrows, something was not right here.

"…"

Everyone was quiet, they had no idea what was happening. Weren't the Goddess about to reward them with something? And why did the Goddess say that Princesses Sofia and lrina were Silbern's wives? Their confusion grows bigger.

But the most confused of all, was Earth Goddess Mirella herself. She then looked at Sofia and stared at her intensely. Sofia could not help but gulp as this powerful entity was staring at her.

"You… are not Princess Suzanne?", Earth Goddess Mirella mouthed.

"N…no? I am her older sister. Sofia, oldest daughter to the King of Fermania", Sofia bowed respectfully as the Earth Goddess spoke to her. But she could not help but be even more confused, the Earth Goddess knew of her younger sister?

"…Then are you here because you are victorious and have vanquished the demon king and his army?", Earth Goddess Mirella added to her question.

"No?", Sofia once again answered.

"Then why are you here!?"

"To… investigate the colossal door"

Hearing this answer, Earth Goddess Mirella could not help but hold the temples of her head. After a few seconds, she then turned her attention towards Ilrina, who was currently kneeling on the ground. "…Are the humans and elves finally united?"

"No, Great Mother! But if that is your will, then it shall be done!", Ilrina shouted as kneeled even closer to the ground.

"I… I see", if one were to look and focus their eyes, one might notice a single sweat forming on the Earth Goddess' face.

"Mother? Is something wrong?", the sobbing Silbern noticed this.

The Earth Goddess stared at Silbern with a complicated expression. After a few more seconds, she smiled to the group. "Wait here", the Earth Goddess commanded.

She then pulled Silbern to the side and started asking her questions.

The group watched as Silbern waved his hand, pointing at each of them, perhaps trying to tell their adventure. They also watched as the Goddess looked at them, her face filled with conflict. And when her gaze reached Mr. Voice, her eyes widened as she almost shouted in frustration.

After a few minutes of exaggerated and complicated expressions, the Earth Goddess sighed.

She then walked towards the colossal door… and proceeded to close it.

Without even a word, Earth Goddess Mirella started pulling the door close.

The group watched as the Earth Goddess smiled at them while awkwardly closing the colossal door.

But it was then that a loud thunder resounded in the cave, and Mr. Voice grabbed the other side of the door… and started pulling it open.

"W-what do you want!?", Earth Goddess Mirella shouted as she added force to her pull, "You know what, don't answer that. Just let go!"

What is Mr. Voice doing!? The group shouted in their mind. Soon, the swaying of the colossal door turned violent as the whole cave started to shake.

"I-is Mr.Voice actually… contending with the Earth Goddess!?", the female specialist shouted.

"Wait what? What's happening!?", sadly, the spectacled specialist was missing all the events, as he still could not see clearly.

"Wait, I have questions!", Mr. Voice said as he pulled the door open.

"Let go of the door! Shoo, go back to your worlds!"

The group looked left and right as they watched the door sway. And in the midst of all this swaying, Mr. Voice's cloak accidentally fell off, causing his… majestic golden beard to slide off, revealing his luscious long golden hair.

"Ah! I knew it!", Ilrina abruptly stood up as she pointed at Viel. Sofia, on the other hand, only shook her head. Was it not obvious? She thought.

Viel did not even bother that his identity was revealed. He just focused on keeping the door open, "Just wait, please!", Viel shouted as his face was planted on the edge of the door.

"What!? What do you want!?", shouted the Earth Goddess as her hand started digging into the door.

Seeing the whole cave started to shake violently, Princess Sofia summoned a bubble around the group.

"Perhaps we should go?", said Sofia as the huge bubble slowly carried them into the air.

"We…we're floating?", Ilrina mouthed, "Wait, you have this spell!? Why didn't you use it earlier when we were going down!?"

"Why would I use magic for every trivial thing?", Sofia said as the speed of the bubble became faster.

The two individuals fighting for the door seemed to have no intention of stopping.

"The people inside me, can you see them!?", shouted Viel.

"See them? Are you crazy? No!", Earth Goddess Mirella gritted her teeth, "But I can hear them because they won't stop talking!"

"Now let go of the door!", Mirella shouted as she tried to pull Viel's hand off the door.

"W-what are they saying!?", Viel stuttered as he struggled to keep his hand on the door.

Wait, struggling? I am… struggling? Due to this sudden realization, Viel accidentally let go of the door.

With one side loosened, the door rapidly swinged to the side that still emitted force. Enormous force.

The colossal door slammed towards the Earth Goddess' face head on. Creating a shockwave that instantly cleared all the debris and dust to the side of the cave.

"…"

The Earth Goddess stumbled a few meters, smoke could be seen rising from her forehead as well as on the area on the door where it hit.

"…"

Viel watched in silence as Earth Goddess Mirella's body remained in an arc position, with her head facing the ceiling.

Soon, like ants crawling from their nest, the colossal showed signs of breaking. Cracks started appearing all over the surface of the door, starting from the point of impact where Earth Goddess Mirella slammed her head in full force.

Then, the ants became worms, filling up half of the door. The cracks slowly moved, like the roots of an old tree, they started to diverge. A dim light started leaking from the cracks until all the lines connected.

But nothing happened.

Viel breathed a sigh of relief as he looked at the damage door, "Whew. Good thi-", but before he could finish his words, the door exploded, throwing him and Earth Goddess Mirella off to the corners of the cave.

Viel coughed as he patted the dirt and debris from his clothes. He then looked back to the colossal door, or whatever is left of it. Huge chunks of stones were now scattered all around the cave, some were even embedded on the walls.

His eyes then widened as he felt a pressure he has never felt before. He quickly placed his attention towards the source of the force.

There, rocks were slowly sliding on the ground as Earth Goddess Mirella removed herself from the wall.

"…you!", she then quickly pointed at Viel, her face clearly pissed off.

"O-oops?", said Viel as he stuck out his tongue.

Once again, a howl reverberated through the ends of the world, but this time, it was neither soothing nor warm.

It was just angry.

"You broke my god damn door!"
